Nami sees him as a silly reckless man who will get himself killed with out her.
Usopp thought of himself as just a piece of cargo with no real purpose but is understanding that luffy can't do it alone.
Brook lived a miserably long lonely life in a literal dark place. So to him luffy was a light piercing the darkness.
Chopper used to hate HATE being called a monster and did not like the fact that he couldn't exist in neither the animal nor human kingdoms. Besides the two Dr's luffy and crew have been the first people to accept him for who he is. And because of that Chopper has decided to BECOME the monster he always never wanted to be for the sake of the crew/luffy.
Robin has always faught for her self. her own survival. She has never trusted any one and never had a second thought of betraying someone and cutting their throat. But here robin is wanting to find a way to be stronger for someone other than herself. And she is wondering if she can do that under Dragon (luffy's father).
Franky's dream isn't just to build his dream ship but to sail around the world in it and see it through its journey. To have that dream come true he needs a captain/crew that can take that ship anywhere. And for him Luffy is the man who can see frank'y dream to the end. Without luffy+crew franky wouldn't be able to complete his dream. Luffy is the driving force for him.
Sanji has always had his dream of all blue but he always felt like he was held back from going for his dream. He always felt he was so indebted to Zeff he could never repay the kindness. But luffy told him the way to repay Zeff's kindness of saving his life was to actual live his life. And his fight with Don Krieg showed sanji that the strongest power is the human spirit against strong odds. Allowing him to feel at ease and go on his adventure. And learning how to better support the crew with his cooking will be his contribution.
Since we have yet to see zoro's inner monologue i"ll save my statements regarding him.
But seriously. There is so many nuggets to enjoy in one piece that you have to really look. One piece isn't for shallow readers. Naruto/bleach will turn your brain to mush.

If you are a person who actually values character development there is plenty of it to be had in these segments. Most of the cast is facing their traumas and over coming them while the rest are showing their appreciation and wanting to contribute. So what you don't see something explode or a big showy display of their "power ups". There is much to be had from this single chapter alone. I dare say we have gotten more development this chapter pertaining to the ACTUAL plot then the last few chapters combined.

The biggest developments from this: Robin, Usopp, Chopper
Franky gave us insight that he doesn't see his dream being fulfilled without the SHs
Sanji finds a way to actually support the crew rather then just physically protecting them.
Nami we are seeing more from her wanting to play a more physical role in the crew rather then just navigator. (Ex. Thinking of things to be used as potential weapons)
Brook is probably the least shown. Probably a combination of still getting used to the new life and how uncertain he feels about his place in the crew and how he can contribute.
Zoro has yet to be shown. But i doubt his revelations will be anything similiar to the other crew members. Since he is first mate his burdens are similiar to Luffy's. So he has to not only support luffy but be a leading figure. And he's not one to have traumas bother him

Well, actually it doesn't directly confirm it, it's just Ace, Luffy and Sabo grown-ups, if they were all alive (not saying Sabo is dead) doing what they usually did as kids, running from beasts.

Not as surprising as the last chapters have been, but still great. I loved Franky, as usual, and I can't wait to see all of them together with their new weapons and attacks. Yay! And AdultSabo was great too.

besides that, this chapter was extremely predictable (still enjoyable though) from the second I read last week's chapter

I think she's just acting like she distrusts them to 1 mess with them and 2 oda is doing it to remind the reader how her life used to be and how she feels now.
