Considering how much damage a single sword attack did to Hody, why didn't he use a more powerful attack to get him quicker? Couldn't Usopp and Brook have done something to help? I get that he couldn't breath, I'm just very underwhelmed by how this situation played off. I thougth 3 post time skip straw hats could do more than that, even under water.

I can't believe how easily Zoro got caught. So much for the two years of training with Mihawk… I also don't really get why this Luffy vs. Jinbe has to happen.
On the other hand, Usopp's impersionations are back!! And I'm really excited to find out more about this Joy Boy.

I've watched it about 15 times, I love it and I normally don't go for that kind of music, but it just goes really well with this part of the story. My fav part is the bit with the crewmates scattered around and doing their thing. Zoro is just too awesome in those two seconds goes into fangirl mode

An ok episode. I didn't like Ivankov vs. Akainu (really Ivankov? you were going to kiss him?), but the rest was good. Sengoku is so shiny. And, of course, loved sgt Law's Lonely Hearts Club Band and their yellow submarine (get it? get it? HEARTS? dies of shame).
Oh! And I still love Buggy, it's his ridiculous fanboys that I can't stand. Kill them, kill them with magma.

It's things like Oda remembering not to let the Marines get a picture of Sanji's face, just so he can continue to be trolled, that I love about One Piece. It's a small detail, but I like it.

It's the same for me, it's one of my favorite running jokes.

I was scared for a sec with the princess because I thought we were going to get Hancock II, but now I'm intrigued to see how their relationship will develop.

Amazing episode. It was just as epic as Whitebeard deserved. I'm apparently in the minority here, but I thought it was handled much better than Ace's death and I enjoyed the music (what's exactly everybody's problem with the music? that they didn't use new music? :wassat:). I cheered at the end of the "the One Piece exists" speech.
