I think any type of Logia would be fine. I noticed that both the admirals shown made swords with their abilities, so I thought it would be a cool little touch to keep up with that.
But I'm not liking the idea of a blood fruit or anything to do with cells. That sorta thing doesn't belong in One Piece.
Don't think this manga is bloody enough for that power to be honest.
Uh, most of Zoro's fights except for Ohm and Hatchi consisted of him getting the holy living jesus cut out of him. Not bloody? Are you kidding? It's no Berserk, but it's plenty bloody.
Anyway, I would think the blood power would focus more on the effects of coagulating around the opponent, or bringing the blood to a boil and causing them to fry. Fun stuff, there.
Plus, great moments like this:
"It's Akainu! Shoot him and we'll get a huge bounty for sure!"
"Yarrr! I'll become a pirate legend!" Shoots Akainu with a shotgun
Akainu's head explodes in a mass of blood

I said not bloody ENOUGH FFA. If you have a muscle logia that bleeds all over the place each time hes cut right through but doesn't care because he can heal right back up again (thanks to his logia powers) he is going to paint the whole landscape red… It will be pretty different from the few pints of blood that Zoro bleeds. Sure Zoro bleds alot for a human, but not enough to completly cover the ground.
ahh have you forgotten the scene where sanji discovered zoro there was blood covering the ground and the boulders.
also if people are right about akainu being in impel down then the blood fruit will fit perfectly there
ugh.I meant that the blood from a musclelogia that doesn't care about being damaged but still bleed would be so overwhelming it doesn't compare to any ammount any other character has bled in the manga. Mainly because the logia character has much more blood to bleed (if he doesn't have limitless ammount of blood he wouldn't be a logia).
And that in my opinion is to much blood for this manga. hell characters usually only bleed much in dramatic scenes to begin with.

Akainu. Blood blood fruit. Can make solid weapons and armor from your blood. Not to mention you can control your opponents own blood and absorb it from their bodies into your own. You have the power to completely manipulate the iron molecules in your blood even going so far as to turning your blood into a solid like I just said.

aokiji is called pheasant because he's very relaxed all the time , kizaru monkey because he's kinda stupid and unserious , and i think that akainu dog because is a badass.
I think more likely because he's the most "obedient" to the government's ideal of "absolute justice".

I think it's a big of both.. he's probably the most vicious OP char we've seen thus far (though Enel and Lucci are up there too.. but Oda might try to make him top them) but he seems the most loyal to the WG too, he's probably the personal guard of the Tenryubito.
^I doubt that last part. If anything I think he's known as the menace for pirates in the New World; only marine who tries to keep even nakama of the yonkou at bay, etc.
If he was the world nobles personal body guard(which is pretty lame imo although I do understand that angle) he'd be the one to show up in SA unless there's more of them . The nobles would've specifically asked for him too.

Doubtful. With "lazy justice" and the ice theme, Aokiji doesn't seem the type to be going anywhere very quickly. And he's more than competent enough to beat pretty much anyone, even without it.
Scab Scab man sounds interesting, but like others have said, it just kind of doesn't fit Oda's style and the feel of the OP world. I haven't given up on Bio Bio man though.

Lol, like it's that easy… the Logia user are clearly the strongest, and an Admiral should be able to fight even without using his power. I think that all Admirals are Logia user, but there is ofcourse a change that he's a very strong paramecia too. But I think that it's pretty stupid to be dissapointed before we even know anything about him.

i agree on the whole colour/fruit theme, so yeah he mite have some red-related fruit but i doubt its blood…...........mainly because i think it would be too hard to use or just too lame, ive always suspected the two other elements earth and water, as they are both naturally strong elements and could be drawn/explained easily, plus the whole earth/water powers have many fighting moves available.

I doubt he's anybodies(except maybe the 5 stars) favorite. Kizaru just seems like the loose canon type who takes any opportunity to have fun and kick lesser badass ass.
Akainu seems the one built up as the "takes care of business" by any means necessary guy. Seeing Oda parody Dante's inferno via ID levels with its torture and brutality, I fully expect him to be the type who butchers masses of civilians for even fraternizing with pirates and basically takes things to the extreme in situations that don't call for it.
Far worse than Enel and Lucci, who really weren't that psychotic or brutal, even compared to the Tenryubito or spandam IMO. I agree with Zik he's likely the one who takes the fight to the New World pirates…....and their friends, family, acquaintances, marines who failed to catch them, their own victims who didn't provide Akainu good information about their pirate attackers.
i guess i kinda meant he has most in common with the tenryubito because he doesnt value human life or whatever and would do their dirtier work.

i personally think that when you are a vice admiral/rear admiral you have to earn a fruit and become an admiral. just think of it like this, all the/most of the vice/rear rear admirals dont appear to have a Df. and from what we've seen from momonga is that they are still seriously strong. yeah but just like smoker maybe some of them had a df fruit at an early age and excelled through the ranks, i know about aokiji having his in ohara….i couldnt be bothered to add it on.

How do know Aokiji can't fight without his DF?
Everything we saw Kizaru do was with the aid of his DF.
You say that Kizaru can fight with a sword but you forget that Aokiji summoned a sword as well.
As of now the fighting abilities of the two are equal and nothing tells otherwise.
Don't get me wrong I mean Im not against them having devil fruits. It's just I'd except Admirals to be more than just a strong logia user. I mean Koby can use Soru so Im guessing that CP9 just took it a step further than marines had. Marines aren't trained assasins so they don't try to use it as a weapon.

That being said, my only other thoughts on this matter, is that I hope it's not blood. Because IMO it's better suited as a paramecia type rather than a logia type - look at Mr. 3. Not all substance-manipulation fruit have to be logias. Having it be a paramecia would mean more could be done with it in a sense, in that it wouldn't be too overpowered like causing people to bleed to death through a papercut.
(The actual reason is I'd want a chance to create my own blood blood fruit before it gets taken too, I had thought of a light light fruit where the user could do stuff like create neon light shows on his chest then Kizaru comes along and there goes that possibility D:)

What if Akainu has a fruit called the gore gore fruit? It lets him drain the blood from an opponent through a punch or kick. Similar to how a rhino goars something with it's horn but this is just a punch that drains blood from the opponent.
Why couldn't his normal punches do that?
My personal favourite would be Blood Blood Fruit for Akainu. It seems to suit his foreshadowed personality. He would be a ruthless, no nonsense fighter, who uses blood attacks.
The limitation to the Blood Blood Fruit would be that the user can only manipulate his own blood. He has no control whatsoever on other people's blood. But with his own blood he will be able to do lots of imaginitive things - making "blood" weapons (swords, spikes, daggers, bullets, whatever), making blood mist to impair the opponent's visibility while Akainu can see his opponent clearly in the mist, injecting someone with his blood to control him, etc.
Or, on a more fun note, a Petal Petal Fruit can be hillarious. Seeing a tough s.o.b like Akainu use emo Petal flowers would be so precious1 :P

They could but I meant he could simply tap you with his fist and soak up the blood in your body. Similar to how Morbios in Spiderman did it with those suction cups on his hands.

Well, he would be able to turn into Blood/Blood mist/Blood shower …you know, that kinda thing. Paramecia would not be able to do that.
But yeah, I see what you are trying to say. But the difference here is that blood is not an element the way Ice, Light, Fire or even Smoke and Gavity/Darkness are. The way I am thinking is that blood is part of human/animal anatomy, whereas all the other logia elements are more like natural elements found in the environment as a whole.
On a side note, was Mr 3 able to turn into wax?
no . he wasn't, just produce and I think preprogram what the produced wax was going to form before it hardened (he didn't seem able to manipulate it once it had hardened)
