@YonkouProductions:
Hey APFers,
Did you find the chapters as incoherent as we did over on /r/OnePiece? I've made an English version of the chapter based on a script given to me by a fellow redditor so here's our scanlation: http://imgur.com/a/06aMZ

Pretty cool indeed! I finally could read the freaking chapter!
Pretty cool chapter. 15 pages after a 13 pages one followed by a break is a downer, but there was enough content and discussion material to fill up the next couple weeks, so that's fine.
Nice start to the flashback, the way Oda started setting up Corazón is promising in many ways. Not just because of his clumsyness, but I can already see the future drama unfolding, what with his trauma, his muteness, his expected sacrifice for Law. . .promising indeed.
Not the biggest fan of powers being plot elements/devices, but we already had the darkness fruit being Blackbeard's motivation and the WG lusting after Bonney's fruit, so, yeah, can cope with it. It seems Law is not interested in using the most OP feat of the fruit, so that's cool I guess. Nice tidbits thrown in there with the super secret treasure and that stuff.
But, honestly? The best, once again. . .was Jinbe's coverstory. So far, it's a far cry from Caribou's, in that almost all of the 10 volumes have been interesting one way or another. Not only is this whole sea beasts incident interesting (which seems to explain the ship's condition, but not a town "cleanly" disappearing, imho. . .), but, according to Aohige, the second piece of news talks about some recently discovered ruins. And I DOUBT Oda put that in there just to fill up the empty space in that particular page; when he adds stuff like that in newspapers, they're usually interesting stuff or nice nuggets for the avid OP fan. Like the "Wapometal" column on the very first "from the decks of the world".
I can't wait for Oda to play with that later on, probably much later on. . .
@Tangaroa:
There also seems to be a definite link to why so many of Dofla family have devil fruits rather than coincidence. Delivered by the WG to appease Dofla?
I don't think it has nothing to do with that. In fact, as soon as we left East Blue DF stoped being scarce/rare, and every villain crew the SH's faced this side of Enel's priests have been chockfull of Devil Fruits. Just look at Baroque Works. The non-DF users were a minority.
@RobZilla:
Gonna have a guess that the incident that messed up Cora was Doffy killing and beheading their father.
Quite possibly. Still, doubt it'll be permanent. I expect tons of drama coming from this fella. . .
@Hamburger:
Anyone notice this is the second time (well, first chronologically) that the WG has expressed interest in a youth-granting Fruit? Very interesting indeed…
A question I have though: is the WG ALSO interested in Law's fruit, or was it only Doflamingo that had an interest in it? And owning the Op fruit is a necessary condition in order to get Mariejois' treasure? Those things kinda confused me.
@King:
By throwing them out of a window to their probable deaths?
Ok.
Oda threw villain's measures on child resistance to pain out of the window during Luffy's flashback. Remember Porchemy torturing Luffy with a mace half the size of an entire house, and then going for some good ol' spiked gloves, punching Luffy to near retardation? Well, apparently he wasn't trying to kill him, he wanted Luffy to spill the beans on Bluejam's money. . .
Corazón throwing Law to a scrap pile must've been a mere "warning" in his mind, nothing life threatening at all. . .
