The big (main or simply recurring quite often) characters in OP do not have meaningless titles, often its for a recognizable feature (Newgate=Whitebeard, Shanks=Redhaired, Luffy=Strawhat), or a power/skill (Ace= Fire Fist, Smoker = the White Hunter)
There is a reason why he is called Garp the Fist and its not for hitting children like Ace & Luffy.
Garp got that title by how devastating his fists are to the enemy. -

As i said earlier, i think he just did his duty. For a example, i don't see Garp hurting criminal's family's just because they are families of pirates. He would not have taken Roger's son if his so heartless. He can hurt you and lock you to prison for a rest of your life, but that's all he does. -

Gaimon will allways be a fantastic and deliciously bizarre character concept. He was around for 2 chapters if I remember correctly (or was it a single chapter?), and yet he left a strong impression because the idea behind his design and his character quirk were a fantastic show of Oda's imagination.
He'll probably never, ever be relevant, but so what? Does that take anything away from him?
If the Funk bros role is over, if Blue Gilly's role is over, if Dagama's role is over, what's the big deal? They had a great and original design, had a motive, had a distinct ability, tried their best and got defeated by superior opponents. They all came from different parts of the world, they served a purpose of showing us how big of a deal getting Ace's fruit is not only for individuals searching power for their own benefits (Ideo, Rebecca), but entire countries and kingdoms send their best assets to get it (Prodense, Mogamo).
Also, Oda went with the Battle Royale format; how fucking exciting would it be if Block B was Bellamy vs. Bartolomeo, and the rest was faceless, nameless fodder? And Block C, let's just cut all the crap: from the beginning, only Luffy and Don Chinjao. Sorry, that's not Oda's style, he has fun creating characters, designs, abilities, backgrounds. . .
That's how he works. And it's also exciting for the reader: the colosseum chapter discussion threads, you can see different people rooting for different characters. There were people wanting Elizabello being one of the last ones standing, others wanted Ricky to perform better, in Block C, people wanted Jean Ango to make a good fight, others wanted Sai. . .It is exciting if you just get into it and forget about relevance, or stop asking if these guys will ever appear again. If they do? Great! If it depended on me, we'd go to Prodense, we'd go to Kanonuki, we'd go to Mogamo, we'd go to wathever the hell the Longleg Tribe come from, we'd go everywhere in the One Piece world. But if that doesn't happen, just enjoy the ride and appreciate the extra work Oda puts by creating all these "useless characters that are not important nor relevant", cause all they do is add to the experience, never take away enjoyment.

Yeah, it gets to everyone I guess and I just placed Sanji as the informer because he was the one who contacted Law the first time and since Franky doesn't seem like the informer type of guy and I assume that the one to make the call will be Sanji who is like the strategist of the SHs, may be CP0 will be involved but we don't know else can they do in this scenario because they are the intelligence CP0 according to their name "Aigis"

Tbh there needs to be a lot more of the other straw-hats particularly Zoro. We've yet to see what he can do at all, bar we know he has both observational and armament haki. But he's not used any of these to any significant effect bar to cut a logia user. With the formation of the alliance it means laws getting more coverage than zoro, it's got to the stage where he's using zoro to just run around doing near pointless things until they are needed

I mean, sure, he can get up from a lot of attacks, but I would not say their vitality is the same. I wouldn't use that in a comparison with them to begin with since their vitality is just not that similar. Luffy can get up from a lot of attacks. So can a ton of other characters. Some can even still keep trucking after half of their head is removed. Other than that, "vitality" denotes more than just sustainability in a fight.

You can't disprove it because you'd have to go to my house and see if I was typing with noodly appendages. There is no proof that he is capable of it is the proposal that should come first. Blackbeard used a special technique with a mysterious cape to absorb Newgate's Devil Fruit. We're led to believe that's how he is capable of acquiring them, and it's supposedly because of his abnormal body (via Marco) that he can eat two, not his D. initial, which is the link I'm assuming you were going for.

It's Blackbeard dude. That's the second time. There's about a -1000% chance he is his uncle, but assuming there's a .01% chance, why add that to your conjecture? It's too flimsy to be counted on. I know these aren't quantifiable but if you have any sense you know he's not his uncle. Can you try to think of what that what do to the story for a second? Eh. I really don't think Luffy would do that, not to mention Oda who would never let Luffy have two Devil Fruits. Luffy would probably think it would go against his adventure 'til now and be a copout, not to mention Oda who thought long and hard about how a rubber fruit going against stronger fruits would make for on-the-edge-of-your-seat entertainment. We're not going all this way with Luffy utilizing this, in essence, common man's fruit for him to eat another, more powerful fruit to make things easier.

I agree with the first few sentences with regards to CONTEXT, not the actual content of the fruits, which I'm assuming you didn't mean anyway. Luffy's best friend is Usopp. You did lay out the circumstances nicely in your second half, but even so, all of this is pointless because Blackbeard might not just have two fruits, discarding any parallels. We have no idea if he can just have two. It makes perfect SYMBOLIC sense for him to only have two (because of what the second one represents being with Blackbeard now), but we do not know the extent of this dude's limitations. Oda uses parallels when he gets the chance and sees a nice opportunity as it for an addition, he doesn't use it as the focal point for his storytelling to hinge certain events on.

We've had theories way crazier than yours, but the difference is some have merit to them. Some thought Ace, of all people, was going to die in the story of eternal life (hyperbole), One Piece. Some predicted the line of development Luffy was going on and used that railing to figure out that Ace needed to die for Luffy's development.
Here's the advice I was going to give you, I suggest you take it:
- FIRST, use decent grammar and spelling. This will be much easier than you think because of bullet point #2.
- Write out a single sentence that summarizes the gist of what you want to post. See if it makes sense and is based on logic and the story thus far and the patterns therein.
- If it does, go ahead and embellish that sentence, if you wish, with evidence to support your claim.
Post like this for a while, and if they don't get torn apart, guess what? You can step out of that shell a little more… and a little more... and you'll find yourself attacked a LOT less.

I don't write it I read it and enjoy it. I don't read it then go to forums to insult and judge others like some undescribable people do. Its funny I understand where your closed minded thinking stems from and I appreciate you for it but an open minded person that doesnt go with the flow and bow to others rules and comformative thinking scares the shit out of you so you attack. You know how many people probably told Oda it eas stupid for everyone in his manga to gain powers from eating swirly fruits?
