The 2 star title is mine, I think it fell under my bed though, it's blue like you said.
Ah, now I remember. It's like a light blue right? Damn memory isn't what it use to be. I'm more of a dark blue person anyways. Thanks for the info.

I was just joking, I don't think there is a two star title, there's no mention of it with the other rankings.
Great, now I'm just confuse again.:pouty:
This question is going to bug now.
ocean passed the torch on to e1n a while ago. though, e1n seems to be busy now-a-days too.
and we all know the best-est senior is me! It's my awesome spelling, I know it.

There used to be a group for scanlation groups and such. It was two-star and blue. There's a member or two who still has them in their profile.
It was orange.

You know, since we have stars for members who are older than 20 (it seems) and for ones who are involved with the production of fan-subs/scanlations and etc, why not give stars for members who've done work with the dubs of the series and so fourth? I mean, there are serveal members who have made gathered alot of information when it comes to the international releases of the show. And those who made things from it… :ninja:
actually, i think we got that too. not sure about star number, but their names were in a rose red color. that didn't get handed out too often though
The importance behind coloured names is overrated. Actually in theory it would be perfect if users don't post here to increase their ego or because they expect some fancy stars or colours for what they researched…
Now looking at the reality... There are some (uh hum! a lot cough) bad sheeps who...
/me goes back to utopiaLand!
@robbybedfart:
You only remember like, 10 people out of the entire forum?
Well, its nice to be remembered, I suppose…
I certainly don't remember you, seeing how your quite new with a join date of march 2007 and my old account was active in 2005 and 2006. I still wonder what happened the board was gone one day and when it came back it said something about reactivating old accounts but it did not work for me at all and i just gave up. Took me quite a while before i decided to create a new account. Who i do remember is Ivotas who was not a mod or admin back then and oceanier (sp?) and e1n who i think might have already been mods/admins back then.
you don't remember me :cwy:
you don't remember me :cwy:
Not really or did you change your name? Do you remember me? My name was Günther even though everyone spelt it as Gunther and my avatar and sig looked something like this:

Trying to teach them how to touch your tralala?

Just ask for a star, dude.

Seriously, get over it. Complaining about how under-appreciated you are all the time doesn't get people to appreciate you more. In fact, it often does the opposite.
wait, we get stars and stuff?
You already have a star, don't become greedy.
Senior status is great! The bestest part is when people send you PM's asking you to activate their account!

It's even better when someone asks the same thing to a regular member!
Do they give you reasons why you've become a senior or do you just wake up one morning and find you're browner than you remember?

Yeah, I used to get those as a regular member too, but I get a lot of moderating questions on here to this day.
Literally the only perk is that my mailbox is bigger (which is something I need with all those moderating requests, and on a more serious note podcasting requests), I can't even maintain my own forum.
I'm brown in real life.
Why come I don't have a brown star? :ninja:
While we're bitching. I think we should also have a SERIOUS Naruto thread, for people that really want to talk about Naruto.

That's how it happened for me. I didn't even notice until I was posting that day and someone else pointed it out. Aside from the bigger PM box its mostly a symbol of longevity and regular contribution to intelligent discussion, though.
Satsuki likes to be the one to tell people.
I know you used the word "Serious" in all Caps… but... are you SERIOUS?

Let it be called the Blonde Headed Stepchild thread, and we have a deal.

Pretty much, least for me. Happened in between a page refresh.
@Cyan:

Or he just makes the thread and ignores your opinion.

I could go for some jam doughnuts right now.
Or maybe a sandwich made from some thick cut bakers bread.
Only Darkstorm seems to get the joke.
Oh well. Limited target audience anyway.
@Zach:
I can't even maintain my own forum.
Aren't you a mod of that subforum? :wassat:
@robbybedfart:

Yep. :ninja:
I did say "mostly".
Longevity as in "Join Date", right?
I always saw people like in 2008 with one star and I kinda figured they changed their accounts and told an admin.

You want me to tell you the secret to become a senior?

Post well and don't ask for it. I'm hopeless.

Post "well" is something that has its own definition here.
Some would think that flaming is something some deserved for creating stupid threads. Some think that flaming users schools them on the internet. But that's not the way to enlightenment :)

Nope. I usually have to ask The Dude or someone if I make a mistake with a thread title or something else comes up.
A sense of humor helps. But there's also that whole
"regular contribution to intelligent discussion" thing. Its why Urogue got senior so quick. The AMVs and all his talking sensibly about the series with valid points and such.
There is also the sexual favors.
Suck cock, rinse, repeat.

If Chrissie hasn't been able to become a senior member yet, I don't know what you need to do.
Suck cock, rinse, repeat.
And wave at trolls (also called ignored) while thinking "God damnit what the fuck is that stoopid shit?"

I was serious up until the point I became a senior. After that my posting went to shit. It's been 4 years now. Fuck.
If Chrissie hasn't been able to become a senior member yet, I don't know what you need to do.
Wait you think that distributing cookies left and right is enough?
@robbybedfart:

This month has been a pretty neat one year anniversary for me. :wub:
@Zach:
Nope. I usually have to ask The Dude or someone if I make a mistake with a thread title or something else comes up.
Huh, I thought you were. My mistake.

While I hear her cookies are amazing, she does more than that.
The secret is liking Hancock as a character :ninja:
Huh, I thought you were. My mistake.
It's okay, I think there was a problem in allowing me to moderate one specific forum for some reason. The thing is, from my experience with vBulletin you should be able to set permissions for a specific forum and allow specific people to moderate specific forums (that's what we do on Toonzone at least).
Also, I know Brennen and e1n are busy, but AP should probably also do a vB upgrade. Things feel a little 'left-in-the-dust' here and there're some great features in newer incarnations of this program.
I ain't trying to suck some dick to become a brownie.
I'm just asking some questions.

Well, they were able to set senior members to mods of the tournament thread. But then again that is different from the podcast subforum. So maybe the problem is with subforums.

Does the rule never touch a running system apply here? I am blind so… just guessing!
