This is a really bad idea.

1. Dry ice needs water to go from solid to gas to get the billowy effect. Also, it will only fall down due to being heavier than air, not up.
2. The ice WILL BURN. ESPECIALLY AGAINST YOUR SKIN. You are not supposed to handle it without some sort of heavy protection. A plastic bag and thin layer of fabric will not be enough.

The only way I've seen it done is to get pillow/stuffing batting or many wads of cotton balls to get the "steam" look, and personally, I did not think it looked good. But seriously, dry ice near your body = bad idea.

Basically–
White on the outermost, Red at the top, Purple at the bottom. Have to use a little bit of force to get the guards spread far enough to slide each sword through. Following the pics on the box, insert the swords in this order: 1) Shuusui, 2) Wado Ichimonji, 3) Sandai Kitetsu.

I put them on without realizing I could remove the triple sword frog from Zoro's hip. It probably would've been SOOOOOOOOO much easier to do this.

So what'll be next?

! We got Mest and Wendy, Gazille and Levi, Gray and Loki. Any one of them can get a pass, but we'll most likely see Mest and Wendy advance due to plot. And as far as shonen main character goes, Gray has that over Gazille, so if those two met then Gray would advance.

Besides the price and release date, not much else is known about Volume 60. There'll be more info soon, so keep listening to the podcast.
