The thing about Jimbei or hancock joining is they have massive amounts of Responsibility. FI is in a precarious situation due to the death of WB, to sail around with luffy for his dreams would be somewhat irresponsible.

AL is also no longer under Marines protection, to have their strongest member take off would be potentially disastrous. Every one of the SH's didn't have such baggage weighing them down. Even Nami who could be considered closest to their situation only joined after Arlong was defeated.

I don't think Hancock or anybody from Amazon Lily will join the crew. Something that has happened in the series is that nobody with pets have joined the crew. (Vivi-Carue, Conis-Suu, Camie-Pappug) And all amazons have snake weapons as pets.
