Well, looks like a fight for everyone this arc. And the coating expert sounds like a former Shirohige member or a member of Roger's crew. Since Luffy is Shichibukai level already, I seriously doubt it's your average fighter. If the coating expert is 100 times stronger than Luffy, Shirohige could still take out Luffy with his pinky finger.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

The chapter looks like one that has to be translated to be understood. We got a lot of interesting characters introduced by way of these "11 Supernova", but who knows what they are and how they relate to the plot. Oh, and the female bubble mechanic (I think she's the one) giving Chopper cotton candy seems suspicious as well…thanks to his Wanted poster.

We learned something big this chapter… We knew that all seven roads lead to Red Line, but now it is 100% confirmed that the only way through Red Line for a pirate is Gyojin Island. This means Buggy will be around. Since Smoker is after pirates, he won’t go to the New World via Mariejoa but via Gyojin Island also. We’re up for a remake of Logue Town!
Now that Teach is a Shichibukai, he’ll probably go to the New World via Mariejoa (and get a new ship).
The story telling is somehow similar to the W7/EL arc.
I can go on and predict the next crewmember will be a not-yet-introduced young nobleman… Cough…
After looking over a translation, I'm starting to hope and think that we won't see the full potential of most of these new crews in this arc. My hope is the SH may tangle with one, but all of them will eventually make it into the New World, where some will become allies and others enemies amidst all the other crap out there. (Yonkou, Marines, Shichibukai, anything leading to Raftel itself)
As for position, I actually sort of see it a bit more of a fusion between W7 and Logue Town: while many new and important concepts are coming up now, many of them won't really get further developed until the New World. But that doesn't mean the SH won't get into trouble (like they usually do).

- And I smell one of the SH will be forced to fight the others (Enslaved SH:maybe Zoro/Robin).

Interesting comparisons! I'd really love another epic arc like W7/Enies Lobby. And Fishman Island has been foretold for ages now, having Redline/Fishman Island as one big arc would be awesome
well, whatever if it's new W7 or Logetown - I can feel it in my bones it's going to be kick ass arc

I really doubt that we are going to have 1on1 fights here at shabondy. Even Scratchman Apoo says that they should save the fighting until after they get across the Red Line. My take is more that these guys will be competition for the voyage through Fishman Island. We'll run into them now and again, skirmish, and go our separate ways. This is a gauntlet, not a tournament.
Also, Reilly being 100x stronger can't be taken literally. The bar maid is talking out of her ass about her "man." Even if he was that much stronger at one point, it's been 40 years since he was an active duty pirate. That just can't be taken literally.
Other notes:
-Who do you think that Shaky and Reilly worked with back in the day? Jimbei, Roger, or Whitebeard?
-What are the odd's reilly's enslaved and luffy's gonna break him out?
-Considering that Zoro is heading towards Grove 1, anyone else expecting a repeat of Whiskey Peak, where he massacres all of one of the rival's crew?
