DOn't know if I missed something but did the amazon lily girls really see him in haki? I remember them saying that he was too fast.
Edit: Nvm, they said he was too fast to keep up with but could see him. Well, they do use haki which makes its a a lot easier to see where he moves to.

The problem is Blueno and every CP9 member up to the top 3 didn't see Luffy at all. So it makes no sense that weaker people can.

To at least respond to the original poster (seriously, this needs to be the questions that don't deserve their own thread thread), if you are referring to Boa Marigold and Boa Sandersonia they seemed to be stronger than Blueno was. He was tasked by base Luffy, whom those two toyed with. Not to mention they were able to tell where he was and where he was going thanks to COO Haki, for all the good it did them (at least Sandersonia could).

Most of Amazon Lily is weaker than CP9, especially without Haki. And they can see him normally and not just detect his presence in the area like Haki would do. There are other people outside of Amazon Lily too.
They focused their haki in to their eyes so they could easily detect Luff-

Luffy should have been cooked getting near Ace. His body may be elastic properties like rubber…but he is still made out of flesh.
And on topic: No, You can't apply real world Physics in every situation in the OP world.

I believe all of him is rubber - which is why electricity did not affect him.
On Amazon Lily being able to see him in G2nd - They're all archers and as such used to hunting moving objects. And it was the guards who were chasing him remember their not going to be weak.

Answer to the G2 question, I'm assuming he has different speeds, as well, some of which may be faster than others–perhaps depending on how much energy he'd need to lay out--a super quick burst for a super quick sprint (where he can't be seen by the average eye) or a slightly slower but more sustainable pace for the long haul--just like any person who's running would, even without G2

Im not sure if anyone is interested in thread and im sure some people might
say "when it ends" but illstop reading the manga when everyone will achieve
their dreams and most likely face off with blackbeard for the final time so i
can see it in the anime. Things like the tenryuu punch in the manga probably
sucked but amazing in the anime. So i need to savor the anime feel then re-
read that episode in the manga chapter

I agree I enjoy the animation more then the Manga. But I can enjoy the anime because the Manga is so well written.
Not sure when I would stop - there might be a period in my life where I go several months without it and then come back to it. But life happens you make a family 1 week becomes 4 weeks and then it just slips your mind completely.
But if there question was asked would anything Oda do to make me stop reading - that would be abruptly killing one of the 5 first main SH's - probably be too much for me if it wasnt handled well

I like the manga more then the anime… the anime.
Anyway I would stop if Oda made the story seriously suck or something else happened, even if it sucked i would still read it, I get trolled by Kubo every week and I still read that shit so also I believe Oda would never do that so no worries.
Heck I dont even watch the anime, sometimes I remember and watch one episode or two but ive been pretty pissed since the stupid Impel Down cartoon sounds fest and the SH fillers if the actual question was that no I would never stop reading the manga and watch the anime instead.
The Tenryuubito punch was awesome in the manga lol... I really dont get the example if thats one.

Reading One Piece only takes about 5/10 minutes each week. Even if it would get bad, 10 minutes is no big deal.
