I have to go with Aokiji, for many reasons (his design, laziness, and ice powers), but mostly for one in particular: he travels the Grand Line, the "Pirate's Graveyard," the most dangerous and unpredictable area in the entire world…on a bicycle. A FREAKING BICYCLE. Not even Smoker has the balls to do that.

Well I gotta agree that this is absotely cool. But how do you expect Smoker to cross the Grand Line on a bike. I´ve never seen a bike that can ride on smoke. If there is one I would do anything to get my hands on it.

But maybe Smoker could have used a carpet to cross the Grand Line. But then again I doubt that there´s one big enough to carry him and his entire crew.

Aokiji is awesome with his ice devil fruit and his tall-ness. But Smoker is awesome as well at using that smokey devil fruit.

plus tashigi is pretty cute character because I love her outfit.

To me, it seems that we haven't talked alot about the Marines in One Piece. I know we've seen some interesting pirate crews, but there've been some Marines that've stood out to me.

As for me, I'm a fan of the bizarre Marines we've seen:

1. Monkey D. Garp: He grasped my attention from the start. To think that there was someone so eccentric among the Marines was a big shocker for me. Even before we found out he was Luffy's grandpa, his weirdness, and the dog-head helmet made me very interested.

2. Ao Kiji: I liked how he went from lazy-guy to serious Admiral in a matter of seconds. His past encounter with Robin got to me, too.

3. Nezumi: The sneaky bastard in cahoots with pirates has a special place here. He really got managed to piss me off when he revealed that he was with Arlong for the money Nami was gathering. The whisker moustache and mouse-ear hat were neat to me, too.

4. Smoker

5. Tashigi: Her near-sighted antics got a bit old after awhile, but I still liked her dorky design.

I like Smoker mainly because of his Dirty Harry-like esque attitude: He does the right thing but does in his own way, without to follow the bullshit of his corrupt superiors. Besides, he is an antagonist who isn't necessarily evil or villanious.

Tashigi is kinda like the same thing, minus the Dirty Harry behavior. I admire her determnation to become stronger and arrest the true criminals. I also love how she is cute and clumsy, but you can ignore this part :/

Aside these two, I also like Hina (badass lady mastered in martial arts), Garp (badass, manly old man) and Jango (though I already liked him back when he was a pirate).

I forgot Dobberman and his scary, yet amazing design. Yeah, he deserves to be mentioned.

Yeah, Doberman was my favorite out of the 5 Buster Call Vice-Admirals at Enies Lobby. Even though we didn't see him do much, I liked his character and Design.

Another thing I didn't mention about Kuzan; I liked him since he's more of an antagonist, but just has a serious way of handling the problems at hand, and can be a threat under certain circumstances. But, we saw that he was the only Vice Admiral who wasn't morally corrupt when he let Robin live after Ohara was destroyed.

I actually like Hina, Jango, and Fullbody.

T-Bone was awesome too.

Aokiji is probably one of my favorite characters in One Piece. He has an awesome design, and his generally goofy attitude and the way he changes subjects so quickly are entertaining. Garp is also one of my favorites, his eclecticism is hilarious and makes him a less dramatic, unorthodox Marine.

Smoker and Hina both have simple, but appealing, designs, and have very interesting Devil Fruit powers and fighting styles.

I must be the only person in the face of Earth to have Helmeppo as a fav char XD Coby's not much behind too, in fact I think I like him as much as I like Meppo.
I used to think they were fags and ignore them when they first showed up. Now I think they're fags but I love them XD Nah seriously, they have to be the most improving characters in One Piece ever, besides Alvida (of course Luffy and co improved A LOT in their techniques but C'MON you know what I mean XD). I like how Meppo turned out not to be half as bad as he was thought to be, and Coby's loyalty and determination is simply adorable. AND I could write a whole page but I'll have mercy with you guys XD

But besides them, I love Tashigi (like everybody said: determined, clumsy and cute XD), Hina (one of the strongest woman in OP I believe, besides she talks in 3rd person wheeee), Kalifa (not really a "Marine" but still. she's my fav female character in OP I believe), GARP (oh man who cannot like him? XD He's so badass and yet so retarded.), Bogard (or Bogart, however you spell it, he doesn't do much but he's with Garp and Cobymeppo so it counts lol), Jango and Fullbody (they're so amusingXD) and a bunch of others I probably forgot
