Pokémon Bridged is criminally under-recognized as an abridged series, and I've come to adore the crazy personalities in it.

Ah, the 1kids has Nowacking (sp?), I forgot all about it. First one was funnier.
Although despite the fact that these technically don't slow down DBZA progress (because of guest editors), part of me now is just wondering how far can they take the concept. They already toyed Cell fighting Saitama, lol.

Tbh, I found the first one jarring for the first 30 seconds because I'm used to NOT hearing them talk in the context of the original show.
It felt very strange at first, and I had to ease myself into the angle they were going for. The additions of team rocket & mewtwo were amazing though.Still, the second one was great in its own way. You just need to already be acquainted with how that abridged series does things.
As someone who's attached to those personalities / voices / mannerisms, the humor was much more up my street.
I also appreciated the meta joke about Pikachu having less & less lines as Pokémon Bridged went on.Basically, the first one was better as a video but the second one made me laugh more.

They didn't change too much (in terms of cutting stuff out) aside from killing off Mr. Satan's apprentices (who were filler characters anyway). Given the subject of the episode, I wouldn't have it any other way.

They can always revive Satan with everyone else, but editing out the announcer or his pass of 16 would be lame. But I guess they have to cut the announcer because they killed the filler trio.

He will get resurrected but I got really surprised by that. It took some time for me to register. Isn't Satan being the hero important for the Buu Saga? At least the first part.

Satan has to stay alive? He was the one left by the tournament so the humans thought he defeated Cell. They aren't gonna kill him. Making it bloody makes sense. He's not just gonna have a bump from being smacked into a cliff lol.

Also, 16's head has to get in range of gohan to go ssj2. The joke would be on us if he stays quiet and out of screen until that moment.

Cell seemingly being genuinely happy to see Yamcha is a nice touch since they had never actually encountered each other before then.
"Kikohow ya doin'" is my favorite line from that though.

IIRC the first time Toei took down all DBZA episodes FUNi helped TFS out to get them back up.

This seems to happen at least once a year, Toei wants to flex it's muscles and take them down, then they cave and place it back up.
Frankly, Japan needs to get with the damn times already.
