Never crossed my mind the guy who hurt All Might could be Computer Guy. Interesting. Love the beginning of a bigger and better Villain Alliance. Makes sense considering it only has two useful members, three counting Computer Guy.
The underground broker part has me looking forward to what they'll bring to the table. Super powered support is highly useful in this world, hoping its setting up Facepalm and the new recruits getting upgraded costumes complete with quirk boosting/assisting equipment.

That doesn't really follow. The wordplay/rhyming (with genius) can still be there regardless of spelling, so there's no way to know until we get a databook that happens to have English spellings…

Damn. I feel really sorry for Stain. A guy with such ideals, with an actually good background and who should have incited a good debate in society about what a hero should be was instead used by those guys who are really evil villains in order to project the popularity of their organization and increase the villainous activity. Poor guy. The story is getting reaaaaally damn good though!

Stain is not a poor guy but a fanatic, like Rorschach in Watchmen. His original intentions could have been good but him becoming a murdering maniac to prove his case only turns him into that: A murdering maniac (he could have followed All Might steps and dedicate his skills to fight crime and preach by example, even outside the hero industry, but becoming a hero killer looked cooler so he stuck with that)
Even so his background deserved a chapter or two and not to be telled off-screen.

There's obviously stuff missing from Stain's background. Like why he is missing his nose or how his parents died (that stuff was weirdly just mentioned), so I would still expect something from that front. I kinda see some resemblance with FMA's Scar in his character, so I could see him fighting the Villain Alliance in the end.

The headline on the left of page 2 is intentionally cut off in the raw, right? But since Japanese reads down, we only see the first letter of the last word. That doesn't really work in English, though, since a pedantic observer will notice that the single, centered letter "D" doesn't make all that sense. Maybe if you're ever editing for a re-release try inferring the whole word ("defeated"?) and having more of it written out before being cut off.
Super minor detail though.

He's just a dude who treats his family as we treat our pokemon, but with less incest and "released" kids, he's not tricking female interns to do him sexual favors and them leaves them to die, or use his family for actual crazy science experiments.
I think that we already know how bad Endeavor is, maybe he is a little overeager to burn villians, but I wouldn't count the nemus as people as of now.

I don't know about "cooler", but it's a much quicker way of getting his point across. Screw climbing a corrupt system, after all this training I'm just going to kill/main people.
It's like saying The Punisher does all that does to be cool.
I still think he got discriminated against for his quirk, it just has an evil quality to it.

Scars are usually superficial remnants of old wounds in mangas. It's rare that people actually receive lasting internal damage. They're usually just treated as big bags of homogenous flesh with a few sensory organs.

Rock Lee, Zoro and his constant injuries, Metal guy in code breaker. I'm fairly sure lasting consequences you'll have to overcome against a proheminent enemy is pretty common. But it might be my false impression as when I saw the consequences I saw it as a recurrent trend.

Yep, most injuries are treated as something to be overcome and not a specific wound. To continue with the Zoro example, following both the Mihawk and Kuma fights he was generally weakened but didn't exhibit any specific or lasting weaknesses from them. Jinbe took a magma fist through his body and isn't much worse for the wear.
I'd say injuries where a person loses complete functionality of a body part, such as an eye or arm, are the exception, though even then they don't always impair a character's fighting ability that much.

Despite him being a terribly overdesigned deranged ninja turtle, Stain might just be one of the best characters Horikoshi has ever written. It is a shame he has chosen the wrong means to bring his message across, but his disgust with commercialised legal vigilantism felt very real and sincere. I honestly hope that this point will not be forgotten - as well as the character himself - and Horikoshi brings this discussion up in the future.
