Hi. I've always wondered this. Every time I click on a link to the forum - like, on google or on someone's signature - it shows the forum with me logged out, my theme replaced by the default theme. Is this a known bug?

That depends on the domain you're logged into.
There's http://forums.arlongpark.net/ and http://apforums.net/ (and maybe another? I can't remember) You won't be logged into the one you aren't normally logged into.
Of course, if the domain you click on is the one you're normally logged into… I have no clue.

Hmm. By that...if I log in to all the possible domains, I wouldn't have to deal with the annoyance of being logged out, wouldn't I? Though it would be much easier if there's one domain in the first place...

OP character tournament would be a bad idea until we flesh out the next arc more. We haven't had a new character until, well, the latest chapter. The problem with last year's is that the characters were largely the ones that have been around for a year already.

When it comes to learning programming languages, one thing I wanna mention is that I'm not looking to necessarily be hired at a game company or anything. I just wanna be able to have enough skills to make a simple game (something as simple as Flappy Bird or Pong) for a mobile device.
I tend to hear people recommend Java, C, or Python.

C++ is I think the most used programming language for games. Java is a bit easier but I'm not sure if even mobile game engines use it. Python is apparently really easy to learn and use but I never used it much. You're most likely not going to want to make a game from scratch and will be using a game engine, even if you're just making a mobile game, so find an engine you want to use and learn its language and/or scripting language.

At first I thought my basic Japanese knowledge was at its limit, since I could not find that kanji, but then I asked my Japanese friend who speaks the language fluently and he said he doesn't recognize it either. Either that isn't a real kanji, or the font is ass.
Do you have the kanji in a sentence? what does the rest of the picture say?

It's "nanji" meaning "you" basically (kind of archaic). It's normally written 汝 but the old character is 爾 and I believe this is a simplified version of it.

The T-Shirt is most likely not actually printing Japanese words, but Chinese characters instead, since this word is far more common in Chinese than in Japanese.

Does converting jpg files to png result in a loss of quality? I know that you won't gain any quality converting a lossy picture (jpg) to a lossless one but with music if you convert something lossy (like an mp3) to anything else you're going to get quality loss. Does the quality stay the same with images? PNG files are sometimes smaller which is why I'm asking.

Ffs, so apparently vbulletin doesn't support forks of firefox like cyberfox or waterfox? I have to enable firefox compatiblity mode. Can any mods tell me the details behind it?

I'm sure there are some people on here from Azerbaijan, or at least that know about what I'm asking. I downloaded some stuff from a guy named Habil Əliyev but the issue is that it's a Russian album and all the names of the songs are in Russian. I guess it's not really a problem but I would prefer to have the names in Azerbaijani but I don't know them. The songs are:
Dilkesh and Tesnif (Дилькеш и тэсниф)
Chahargah (Чаргях)
Bayati-Hajar and Tesnif (Баяты-Каджар и тэсниф)

I was busy contemplating the unusually high amount of guests hanging around the forums, (just what exactly are they peeking around in other manga/anime section? Old Naruto threads?) when I noticed that at the bottom of the front page it states that there are 3031 active members.
This number is separate from the currently active members, so I'm wondering how this number is obtained. Is it how many members have posted within a certain amount of time?

So I managed to find Turok for PC and it's amazingly well done and runs fine on Windows 7. Only issue is that I can't figure out how to take screenshots. Both programs I usually use (Fraps being one of them) have issues with the game. It has a built in screenshot tool that you can enable but it saves in .ppm format, which I've never seen before, and the images all seem to be corrupted. If I open them in Chrome it's just lines and lines of text instead of an image too. Am I doing something wrong with these ppm files? Because Irfanview, which is what I use for images, says it can read them but they're all messed up.
Here's a png I saved trying to see if it would help. It doesn't. This is exactly what the .ppm file shows too.

A friend of mine is getting a new phone and he's willing to sell me his old iPhone 4 for 50 euros. Now I know absolutely nothing about phones, but I've been doing some internet research and it seems that the iPhone 4 is basically extremely outdated for 2015 (almost 2016) and I would be better off buying a cheap new model from some unknown brand. I don't expect much from a phone and I don't need a super good one, but if I can get something better for about the same price then I'd go for that ofcourse. (Also, I'm not really a fan of Apple, so normally I probably wouldn't choose an iPhone.)
So, old second hand iPhone 4 or cheap new phone from a somewhat obscure brand?

Why does text not wrap in the standard editor? I only just noticed it happening even though I haven't changed my input settings on the site in forever. I just switched to the enhanced post box (where the text does wrap) but I like the tags rather than for example seeing the bolded text in the text box so it would be nice for wrapping to be implemented in the standard box (implemented again, as it seems like it not wrapping is a recent thing, or at least I just noticed it).

Doesn't for me for some reason. There's 3 editors: basic, standard, and enhanced. Enhanced wraps for me but standard doesn't and I haven't tried basic. Are you using Chrome? Maybe I messed up a setting somehow that controls this.

Ye I'm using chrome, and the standard one wraps for me if I switch to it.

Fruityloops was the most popular one a while ago, dunno if it's still the program of choice. Apparently called FL studio now.

Dunno if it's a problem cuz of firefox… But if I quick reply the text I write won't return to the next line and instead it is writing in one all the time... A bit annoying cuz if I don't look at the text and to not enter some paragraps myself I have to scroll left and right all the time

I don't know if you saw above where I talked about the issue but the way I "fixed" it was changing the type of input box in the settings. Use the enhanced editor and it wraps.

Looks like a super-stylized version of the kanji for tiger (虎), which would make sense.

It indeed is a highly stylised version of 虎 (tiger). Its common for us Chinese to stylise the words, especially in calligraphy and product labels.
