@The:
If Zoro can't cut it, don't know how Kanjuro drawing scissors is going to help.
Seems like arguing about the bird cage is pointless. We don't know how it works and the limits, so the what if scenarios can only be based on certain things. I do feel that Doflamingo has to be inside, as both the flashback and when he used the clone showed the epicenter to be where he was at. I also think Viola said that it changes depending on where Doflamingo is. In the end, Oda couldn't win with birdcage. If a few people could stop it, Doflamingo would look more OP, and people would wonder what the point of the cage really was. If it could be cut, that would raise more questions about it.
With the cage, he doesn't need to be in the middle or anything like that. The cage was perfectly placed around the island, and the birdcage will contract towards Doflamingo has he is meant to be in the centre of it and he should be the last to be cut.
I've had a fairly decent discussion with Andy in the spoiler thread. I don't think Oda wants to touch up on Doflamingo being able to create birdcages without him inside it, also with all the unbreakableness we see, because it would be too hax to even mention.
Although it would be insane if Doflamingo created a cage around someone, and they could only just sit there and die as the cage contracts to one thread.

@Galaxy:
Kishido is talking about the Sea Stone chains that were on everybody else, not Law.
Law was able to take the chains off of everybody else with ease.

Maybe the cuffs are made of seastone but the chains are not?
Anyone thought of that?
Otherwise Zoro needs to learn something from him.
