its just me or this chapter almost confirms Robin to be skilled coo haki user?
It's just you, otherwise Luffy would state it.

She noticed Hakuba only after Bartolomeo screamed at him. She noticed Hakuba speeding in same panel Barto words were heard.
I think.
It's just you, otherwise Luffy would state it.
how can Luffy know that if he never saw her using haki?he knows Rebecca is coo user when he sees her using it.
and whats all this trouble for Doflamingo not letting Bellamy join his crew?he is the only coa haki user among them lol

Robin did get a "shiver" before Hakuba attacked her so there is a possibility. Could be a subtle hint at the future. Doesn't matter what Luffy said on Punk Hazard or what Oda said in the SBS, now that Usopp is confirmed to have Haki(wow right?!) that other stuff is out dated.
Chapter (spoilers at least) tomorrow then I guess?
Can't wait to see Robin unleash her badass and kick the haters in the face.
Also for the ass who said 'SHE'S THERE TO BE PROTECTED!!!!!'
Get. The. Fuck. Off.
Just in case you haven't realize…. No one hates Robin, dunno who are you refering to with "haters".

Ah it could be a hint from Oda..
Though at same time at previous panel Barto is screaming at Hakuba. She might have heard him but as you said shiver thing is connected to her sensing "evil" intentions from Hakuba.
Nobody in the coliseum was even able to see him. Heck Bart himself couldn't really see him. The fact that she was aware he was gunning for and still stopped him is impressive

Same way Luffy knew Zoro, Sanji and Law had haki even though he hasn't seen them use it. In SBS Oda mentioned only the M3 can use haki, but now it probably doesn't apply since Usopp just woke up his COO haki, so Robin could also do so who knows.

Orlombus saw him.

Orlombus saw him.
16 characters of true dat.
Ussop unlocking haki while being weakest Strawhat gives me some hope. At same time I expected Brook to have it already, it was weird for him to be able to cut dragon that looked to be harder than steel but not be haki user.. Maybe Oda holds haki awakening for him so he can show it during some final fight of Wano arc for example.
Orlumbus even tried to hit Hakuba with his whip but missed.

Hana hana sure makes a huge difference, it also seems like Suleiman saw him too but wasn't able to do nothing, the others are just shown getting hit completely unaware of what was coming, even Kaido got hit.

well also the guy what was his name again pyroman or something like that saw Hakuba

Mustachio Tigerro went down very fast
Without DF ability it seems nearly impossible to stop Hakuba with his speed. Sure strong people like Luffy or Zoro can keep up but for weaker people like gladiators from D block without hax DF power to stop people he is an overkill enemy.
Ladies and gents we gonna get you some spoilers. While you are reading them we ll be getting you a chapter as well. Thats how awesome it is lately lol

Don't tell me you actually believe Kaido got hit! He was obviously pretending to be hurt before sneaking off… why else haven't we seen him since the so-called knockout?

Do you work with the scanlation groups?
Do you work with the scanlation groups?
He probably meant that the chapter comes out 5 minutes after the spoiler. Lol
Suleiman, Orlumbus, and Kaido are all shown with panicked faces and Orlumbus is the only to complete an attack before all three were cut down. For me, it's very difficult to say if they actually saw Hakuba or were merely reacting to the rapid elimination of the remaining fighters. Rebecca was the only one confirmed to briefly glimpse Hakuba's attacking figure and successfully react to it. Remember, Bartolomeo didn't see anything and he's certainly stronger than everyone but Cavendish in D block.
Personally I think Orlumbus didn't see Hakuba but tried to predict his location based on the casualties.
As for Robin, catching and immobilizing Hakuba is the most impressive thing we've ever seen from her. That being said, she was warned and Hakuba was moving in a straight line directly toward her over some distance. It's much easier to see something if it's moving directly towards you rather than laterally, and Robin still has to be able to see and target someone to capture them. I'm unsure if she could catch him so easily if he was moving in a different direction since she used a field of hands to catch a dwarf, and I doubt dwarves are faster than Hakuba.
Which brings up an interesting question: it was implied Trebol can see and hit a speeding dwarf, but can he hit a speeding Hakuba? And more importantly, can he see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch?
And the rest? Hell yeah. I don't remember the last time Robin was so badass. "Speed means nothing to me". And deflecting sword strikes with. . .butterfly hands? Don't know how that works, but I dig it.
The sword was a flag so she deflected it with a swarm of moths flapping their hand-wings. Pretty clever actually, although hard to swallow. Maybe if she used her 5-second flight technique while standing.
He probably meant that the chapter comes out 5 minutes after the spoiler. Lol
indeed I do hehe ;)

Weakest Strawhat so people can relate to him, a guy who takes 5ton bat to the head and he still lives? Ain't nothing there to relate to, and yes I know Oda probably meant relating to Usopp peronality(before haters start getting the wrong idea), what a normal guy will act like living in a one piece world kinda thing.
Anyways, Usopp weakest Strawhat, I'm sure by the end of series this weakest Strawhat will be able to handle a battleship by himself, tangle for awhile with a vice admiral, he will be a force to be reckoned with so him being weakest Strawhat will also mean him being among the strongest when compared to anyone but not a Strawhat.

Back in the day when we get spoiler 1 week before the chapter is out. Then spoiler threads use to have more discussion pages than the actual chapter released thread pages.
Btw, how many officers do we have left? 3 main executives and Pink. Is that correct?

Yes.
I know this will be a great news for those action-hungry-only-readers who will think "sweet, now no chapter from here on forth will be based on fodders no one cares about", don't forget will still have dwarf princess story.
Btw, how many officers do we have left? 3 main executives and Pink. Is that correct?
Yes, unless Jora shows up from her disappearance somehow.
Everyone seems to forget Jora. She might play a role in the Mansherry subplot.Maybe the Tontattas will defeat her lol!

1.Dellinger was also warned, but that didn't stop him from being blitzed.
2. I highly doubt being in a straight line meant anything.
3. Hakuba was literally only a few meters away from Robin before she stopped running up her feet to capture him.
since she used a field of hands to catch a dwarf, and I doubt dwarves are faster than Hakuba.
She didn't need to do that to catch it. She only did it as an assurance that it wouldn't get away.
http://www.onepiecebay.net/manga/One-Piece/738/3
She easily caught Leo.
it was implied Trebol can see and hit a speeding dwarf
How is that only implied? Even Lao G and Sugar can blitz the dwarves.
I think Robin will take Rebecca over to the palace, where they look for Mansherry. Cue Trebol and the 1v1 vs Robin as Rebecca goes on alone to free Mansherry. Who else is gonna do it, after all?
indeed I do hehe ;)
When will the translated chapter be released? You make it sound as if it will come tonight rather than tomorrow.
I was talking about Rebecca; I even bolded "Rebecca" for ease of read. Unless you want to argue that Rebecca is NOT there to be protected, calm down and shove off. If you do want to argue that, then I'm all ears.
My bad.
No need to be rude about it.
In that case…
REBECCA IS A PRECIOUS CINNAMON BUN WHO MUST BE PROTECTED AT ALL COSTS.
I´ve been thinking and it seems there are quite a few wildcards still playing around that have been forgotten due to recent events and that may or may not reappear to affect the story later somehow.
1. Jesus Burguess. He´s been eaten by earth itself, unless he stayed in the underground port or went to steal smiles from the factory( which doesn´t seem so out of place) it really seems weird (at least to me) that no mention of him whatsoever has been passed on
2. The Block D fighters. Mummy, Meadows, Damask. They seemed to have a quite distinct design for Oda to throw them out of all gameplay. Something fishy might be brewing with them who knows.
3. Jean Ango. Somehow this is the guy you would expect to snatch this opportunity and loot whatever he can. He seems to know some intel on the level 6 prisoners who escapedID and didn´t follow BB or Luffy so he might be an interesting point of plot connection; then again Fuji was the guy who many of us expected to raise his sword against flamingo and we all know how that has been played so far.
4 Moncherrie. Honestly just break out of that castle with her already. She´s been mentioned so many times but has been absent for so long that unless she really posseses a broken ability that might do a propper number on mingo I really don´t know her business.
5 Kanjuro. He paints and paints and paints, well it is true that he was found/rescued (more or less) by kin but besides his role on painting that mask bullet for sugars defeat he hasn´t shown much. I know wano is probably the place to display his ability but still
6 The Swirly hats. I´m sure we wont know a word from them for a while but I just miss the rest of the crew.

You do make some good points, We do have some loose ends and plenty of new characters and cool powers that has yet to be show cased . I have to wonder if some of the gladiators that were quickly knocked out by Hakuba are working in cohoots with a future big bad that We haven't seen that much or at all Or they're just a new form of fodder. It's been ages since We last saw the thousand Sunny crew/the Swirly hats .

Not to mention CP0, I'm seriously starting to think Oda forgot about them. Either that or they unknowingly left between Law's encounter with Doflamingo and Fujitora and when birdcage went up.
I still think Zoro has Kingbition. Maybe that's why Oda has been dragging his fight with Pika so long, Zoro will use Kingbition to finish him off like he did to Monet.
It's not a far stretch to think Zoro has COC. Afterall, he is a supernova. And also, Roger's first mate(Rayleigh) had kingbition! Watch out Pika!

They probably left after their mission was complete, before the birdcage was up.

I'd think Pica's ambition is strong enough that something like King's Haki wouldn't affect him, especially not from Zoro.
When will the translated chapter be released? You make it sound as if it will come tonight rather than tomorrow.
But that is the thing. Here its Thursday already 2:17 am to be exact no spoilers, but they will come but it wont be long after when we shall see a chapter. Which is a bit funny as of late heh
In any case This chapter 773 for me was pure enjoyment. I like how Hakuba, Barto and Robin were dealt with by Oda. Really nice
This arc should end at midnight just to emphasize the "curfew" that Dressrosa had during Dofla's reign.

If he doesn't have it right now, he will definitely get it later.
Maybe Zoro has Kingy but I think he still needs to fully awaken it in a critical or decisive moment, for him at least. It would be lame if he awakened it during his training like a simple ability or new skill…

You're right; my bad too! Precious cinnamon bun will be her bounty moniker.

3. Hakuba was literally only a few meters away from Robin before she stopped running up her feet to capture him.
1. Dellinger didn't know anything about the attack or where it was coming from. He was also overconfident.
2. At the very least she knew the direction of Hakuba's movement, which allowed her to track and anticipate him.
3. It's still incredibly impressive, especially given the proximity of Hakuba. That doesn't change the fact that she was able to see and predict his movement because it was directly towards her.
@Magi:
She didn't need to do that to catch it. She only did it as an assurance that it wouldn't get away.

She easily caught Leo.
I'm sorry, I don't see the difference between "stop" or "catch" and "keep from getting away."
Leo wasn't trying to evade her like the dwarves were on Green Bit. Big difference.
How is that only implied? Even Lao G and Sugar can blitz the dwarves.
If it's clear but not explicity shown or stated it is, by definition, implied. Just like it was implied that Enel could have beaten Chopper back on Skypeia. It's obvious even though the two never interacted.

Wait, wait, Oh c'mon now.
Do I really only have to use cartoonich memes in this place. Gosh
1. Dellinger didn't know anything about the attack or where it was coming from. He was also overconfident.
Yes he did. He was notified by Gladius. Of course he wouldn't be aware of where it came from. He was blitzed. Him being overconfident had nothing to do with it.
. At the very least she knew the direction of Hakuba's movement, which-
No, she saw and reacted to him at the very last moment. The direction is irrelevant. Why is the direction so important to you? She still reacted to his speed, and casually.
Leo wasn't trying to evade her like the dwarves were on Green Bit. Big difference.
You can't be serious..
Their intention for running is irrelevant. What does that have to do with anything?
She still caught him mid-run.
You're seriously downplaying Robin's speed by coming up with half-baked excuses as to why she did what she did.
If Rebecca can follow Hakuba's movements, why do you need to do that for someone who blatantly outclasses her?
If Zoro ever gets COC haki then count me 200% Sanji will get it aswell.
His dream is to find the all blue which doesn't take any sort of conquering.
It might not actually have to do with Robin's speed. It might be that her power, sort of like Law's, work more abstractly. She might just be at the point where she can sprout off of something just by thinking about it, so long as it is relatively close and she either sees it or is familiar with it (or some other similar limitation).
It might just be a matter of "Speed doesn't matter; if I know you're coming at me, I'm going to sprout on you no matter how fast you're moving."
It's insanely impressive, but in a different (perhaps stronger) way than just Robin being faster than Hakuba.
Probably, that Robin beating Hakuba thing is just for plot so that Bartolomeo doesn't join the SH for, maybe, ever. That guy just scored in the top 10 of the recent poll, and he is so SH material. I really hate it when he has such a simple dream, and yeah, it's only gonna be realized at the end of the series, like everyone else.

This is my thought exactly and the main reason why I think she said speed doesn't matter, she probably would do the same to Luffy who I think is faster than Hakuba.

Movie Z which Oda was involved in showed Robin trying to grab someone who moved fast enough that it didn't work though
