This year's E3 starts next week. Post your expectations, predictions, complaints, discussions, etc in here.
Looking forward to TW3, maybe Dishonored 2, maybe some Doom 4 stuff, and of course new stuff that we don't know about yet. Also looking forward to seeing all the screwups that always happen at this thing that are always funny.
Personally, I almost look forward to the post E3 .gifs more than the showcase itself.

Ubisoft will probably win this year again.
They'll win it and then be outed again for using prerendered footage/early footage that is beyond what will actually be released just like with Watch Dogs because people can't catch onto a pattern.
Last Guardian or riot! To be honest though I have zero hype for E3 it's like what's going to top last year? That was a real show(I still laugh at that out of date sharing games clip from sony), I watched that with friends and chicken wings. I think this year it's going to be like maybe 5 interesting titles and the rest is shit that was more or less expected.
I think the only thing that could get me amped is japanese devs understanding that they don't need to have AAA production, give us high res 2d sprite awesome stuff. Go for smaller investments that have a chance of high returns. Also it's been a while since we've heard from Igarashi.
WayForward said there'll be big news about Shantae and the Pirate's Curse at E3. I'm expecting a release date they'll fail to meet.
I'm hoping there will be videogames.
I'll be catching the Sony conference live in a theater near me, luckily it's only fifteen minutes away. Other than Sony's offerings I'm really excited for more Smash news and whatever this mystery 3DS game is that warrants a specific 1&1/2 hour discussion.
And of course every other unnanounced game that will be uveiled there. It's going to be a good week!
Hoping for a new Bethesda announcement. Even with modding, my interest in the current Fallout and Elder Scrolls games has worn thin.
As far as things already revealed, I'll be mostly looking forward to Civilization: Beyond Earth, Pokemon stuff, and Halo 5 (the last one just because I'm a fan of the lore, I've never owned an Xbox and therefore have never played a Halo game past Halo 2).
And of course, hoping there will be some great stuff I won't be expecting.
Edit: Oh yeah, more Mirror's Edge too.

Zelda U and X are at the top of my list of things I want to see. Oh and more smash brothers
Zelda WiiU, Hyrule Warriors, Smash bros WiiU/3DS info, Fallout 4, Batman Arkham Knight, Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire footage and/or info, new Pokemon IP for 3DS and/or WiiU, Last Guardian, Rainbow 6 Patriot, Mirrors Edge 2 and X.

Going to E3 again for the 5th time in a row and really excited for the Nintendo booth and the hopes to meet some designers and developers. I hope the swag is better this year unlike last year where I miss the chance to get a free 3ds xl.
I'm just interested in some localization dates for now (like Persona Q and the American ver. of Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney). Devil Survivor 2 Break Record getting any sort of localization hint or just plain old acknowledgement from Atlus would be nice since it's been MIA for over a year now.
I also expect to see lots and lots of Mario Kart 8-related gifs.

Frankly, I don't even know what other companies are up to. All I know is Nintendo already won for me, between Smash Tournament, 90 min. Q&A with Sakurai, and the Smash demo at best buy. That's just the stuff that's confirmed, any more surprises will just be icing on the cake.
Microsoft will have a forced performance of soulless hype and unfunny hosts… also included will be a music performance no one wants.
They'll have a big Halo presentation... followed or preceded by boring CoD footage that will sponge up time.
There will be ONE amazing IP showcased. And cool multi platform releases that don't require an Xbox One to play.
And some Microsoft tech that's about connecting more of your electronics to your live account.
And fuck ups... lots of those.

I best thing about E3 is the hype and then it ends. That's what it's for, right? Showcasing games and new technology but really it never has any effect on what I buy.

I'm hoping for a new Metroid announcement, preferably a 2-D (or 2.5-D) console entry that continues Fusion's story, but I'm not holding my breath. Even without that, Nintendo has already delivered this year, so whatever new stuff they announce will just be icing on the cake.

but I thought their E3 last year was surprisingly not garbage, I recall actual games appearing and some of them looking interesting. Sunset Overdrive, Killer Instinct, Project Spark. again, I want to stress that I came in with the absolute lowest of expectations, and I still think the bone is the weakest of the three consoles.
Ubisoft were the ones who felt cocky, 2012 they saved the show, but 2013 was tryhard forced funniness that was of course anything but.
Wasn't 2012 the time the Ubisoft conference had both Tobuscus #Girlwood, that was painful to watch. At least 2013 only had #Girlwood

No, I'm talking about their entire E3 presense, not only did they try to double down on their DRM bull shit, they continuously mocked the idea that an always online console would be a problem (the crescendo being when Don Matrick said that people who don't have internet access can just buy a 360). Then their three big launch titles, the Killer Instinct stage demo got accused of making a rape joke(whether or not they did, they got heat for it none the less), Ryse got slammed for showing off too many quick time events ,and finally Dead Rising 3 looked like it became another victim of Capcom trying to "appeal to a wider audience".

Then on day three Sony made a big showing of doing none of their DRM, and got all the high fives in the world for doing so, hell they desinged their entire show around knee capping Microsoft on every front imaginable (price, specs, games, the works!) Only interested by what Nintendo will be showing since Sony and Microsoft are predictable. Will they convince me to buy a WiiU this summer or will I wait winter ? It will depend on the games shown and their release date.
My unlikely wish of the year is a Golden Sun sequel on 3DS.
Maybe SquareEnix can surprise me if they announce FFXII-HD. But I doubt they will show anything interesting besides maybe another trailer of FFXV with a vague 2015 release date.
I just hope we see less driving games. there were like 4 of them last time, and all of them looked exactly the same to me. well, I guess some of them were driving on streets, and some were driving on racetracks. but aside from that I couldn't tell you what was supposed to set them apart. Did any of them even come out yet? will I again have to listen to a guy talk, in increasingly sexual tones, about how lovingly they recreated the leather on the inside of a virtual car?
All I care about is the Witcher 3. Its time for them to put up or shut up. Show us not the press but the people who'll be buying your game what the game is about, size of world, gameplay features and what not. I don't want to read about Withcer 3 anymore, I want to see it in action.
Other than that, I'm excited for Beyond Good and Evil 2, maybe Rainbow 6 finally comes out of whatever hole it was hiding in and new stuff. Its the current gen's first E3 so I'm interested to see some innovation from the big guys.

And then we have third party megatons like MGS5, Deus ex4, new Resident Evil, Lost of indie suprises, Destiny and more.

I'm excited to see DA Inquisition, FF XV, KH III, LoZ U, SMT X FE, SWB III, SSB U/3DS, X and the mystery 3DS title. Mainly just Smash, Zelda, X, and the mystery title. Also seeing live, unscripted coverage from the Treehouse.
I too would like to see insert anagram here. Also for some reason they didn't list PC for Metro Redux even though it's going there too.
It's not on that list but I'd like to see a sequel to Sleeping Dogs. It was a great game but could use some improvement in various areas.
Smash had allured me for Nintendo already, but just the thought of what else they can show has me salivating.
Triad Wars is in Development already, though i dont know if it will be at E3.
Pretty much all things nintendo and a couple of odds and ends.

Sigh…what I would give to see Fallout 4 get a teaser at E3. Bethesda MUST be doing something...I hope.

You might as well wait until 2018 for that one at the EARLIEST. We JUST got Elder Scrolls online (albiet not a bethesda game but still a "new" Elder Scrolls game" as shitty as it is). Might as well replay Skyrim or..heck wait for Skywind/Skyblivion to be finished and just mod the hell out of it.
But yeah…it SEEMS like the appropiate timeslot to reveal Fallout 4. I mean Skyrim seems to have run its course without any more DLCs to keep it going. So basically I would predict Fallout 4 falling in mid to late 2015 to keep Bethesda's momentum going. That is...presuming they don't introduce a new IP or something which then I can see Fallout 4 showing up much later (and the next Elder Scrolls EVEN later). However, since they have been doing research for a while, I'm hoping that they have AT LEAST a teaser showing off a small glimpse of the engine they will be using. That in itself will be pretty freaking awesome.
