Naruto: Talk no Jutsu Round 2: Kakashi
So what was up with that line about Rin being Obito's only ray of light? Are we expected to believe his life was utter hell outside of her? (heck, that actually might make it more understandable why he went nuts after her death). Because, from what I tell, his life seemed pretty decent, up until he got crushed by a rock.
Bleach: Wow, this is reaching new levels of retardation.
"What's terrible about an explosion is that it blows up something alive."
…......Are you for fucking real? This...this is just lacking in total common sense. So let me spell it out for you Kubo:
EXPLOSIONS CAN BLOW UP THINGS ALIVE AND NOT ALIVE!!!
And regardless of whatever Kubo's bone-headed definition of "alive" is (honestly, who among them even is alive?), Komamura seems pretty alive to me. I mean, the point of all this is that he's immortal, right? So why didn't he just say that in the first place?
Jesus tap-dancing Christ this is stupid. And I'll give Kubo the chance to demonstrate any negative side effects of the heart removal, but...yeah, really wondering why Komamura didn't do this sooner.
Also, yeah, LOL at the Groucho/Freddie Mercury stache.
-
Komamura: "I can't die…. because I'm already dead." <-- lololol

Can someone explain to me what these backgrounds are supposed to be? Are they still inside Obito's mind or what?

It is the ground.
-
Thats one ugly ground for you
-

That was the only remotely cool thing in this chapter, because Komamura himself now looks like ass, and Bambieta (christ is that a shitty name for a villain you want to have people take seriously) is so forgettable I'm going to yawn. (Who here remembers those four guys eh ? Wasn't it great that Kubo wasted some non-bishie designs there just to immediately can them ? :D)

Oi….looking at it it's sorta nauseating actually, cause I can't tell which part is up or down !
-
-
Was it? I don't recall him eating the Uruhara candy.
Well he had to otherwise Bitch-with-stupid-name would still have his bankai.
-

But they already admitted stealing Bankai nerfs their own powers. There was no point really. I thought that Mr.Werewolf got his boost from being immortal now?
-
Don't really see what is confusing about Komamura's transformation. Wolf man rips out his heart. Doing this transforms him back into a human, except now all-powerful and, apparently, immortal, but at the cost of his life. As soon as he decides to revert back to a fox guy, he dies for good.
The only question is, what is stopping him from living as an all-powerful immortal being for the rest of eternity?
-
What I don't get is - dog's Bankai is pure reiatsu now. Isn't this halo form especially good for absorbing reiatsu like a vacuum cleaner?
-

Incredibly complex and elaborated plot twist sh*t that Kubo will throw at us next chapter or so. Like, "When I was young I was ashamed of being a fox and ran away, but now I'll proudly die as a fox!" or even better!

C'mon, like it wouldn't made you chuckle :P
Well… maybe a little bit!

wasn't everything in ss made of reiatsu? if so, they could just slurp up ss and win the "war" in an instant. but kubo's just being kubo

The subconscious desire for someone to defeat him, and the subsequent engineering of almost the entirety of one guy's life.

Reishi, not reiatsu.

In Bleach, with great power come great mental disorders.
-
In Bleach, with great power come great mental disorders.
Which would actually be a cool thing to read, if only Kubo addressed it directly and in a mature, non-screw-all-this-shit-up way.
Imagine a Luffy that gets madder and madder with each new power-up, eventually losing interest in everything, even his crew, and only wanting to find a way to keep mental status quo without losing his strenght. Now that's something I'd like to read the crap out of. -
Wait, isn't Komamura a spirit? So how is he dead by ripping off his heart? And if he's an immortal, he can't be dead. So he's a fucking zombie… A spiritual zombie, to be exact.
.
Kubo might buy crack to give taste to his tea, that's why all this incredible logic. -
He's a wolf-looking soul who took out his own heart in order to become a man-looking soul and gain the ability to not die again and a bankai with no life in it.
Makes sense. -

He's a wolf-looking soul
If I wasn't already reading Bleach and was just thinking about starting, this is the moment I'd stop and throw this manga out of my head.
-
That time of the week again.
Bleach: Komamura vs. Bambietta continues.
Err….let me see if I understand this right. In turning his lost human form, Komamura can rip out his heart (and NOT die because he's already dead....um.....I mean)....and essentially become immortal as long as he maintains the form. His Bankai and his own body are just mere shells. ....Okay I guess. I guess the reason why Koma never used this before is because.....he'll....die die when he turns back? Thus it should be saved for a massive and hard battle?
Also I'm not liking the implication here. That if Koma had to literally rip out his heart and use a meta powerup just to turn the tables against a Stern Ritter, will the other Captains have to restort to contrived last-minute uber power-ups as well?
…Er well the new Bankai still looks cool.
Naruto: Obito officially admits defeat as Naruto moves to clean up house.
…Right, Madara's still hanging around.
The Kakashi-Obito scenes were a tad cheesy, but I do think Obito really needed a freaking reality check. Minato seems too forgiving for the shit Obito did against him and his family......someone just send Obito to the grave already.

Hmm ? That's what I got from the wiki.
Nono, what I mean is….you honestly thought Bleach started to really suck aroundchapter 70?
-
Why couldnt 4kids license Naruto instead.

Nope, at the end of the SS arc. Just told NER when that arc began so he could read from there.

Ohhh. Still, he should start from the beginning, the first arc(s?) are harmless slice-of-life fun with some ghost hunting mixed in.
-

Makes sense.A werewolf-soul. Please be correct, you'll ruin the depth of the message otherwise.

How do you get -depth?This is way too deep for me.
-
He's still moving because he found out his true HEART by ripping out the normal one.
That's the true meaning behind THE HEART, if Ulquiorra had discovered this way before he died… -
Okay, having re-read Bleach's chapter (God help me), I'm wondering; are Bambietta's bombs still exploding or not? The way it's drawn, it's difficult for me to tell. If they are exploding, but Komamura and his bankai are just surviving them, then it's not as bad.
Also, that line about "Explosions destroy things that are alive" is probably just poor phrasing, since Komamura implies that things that are not alive can also explode right after he says that. Though it is still a stupid line. You may as well say, "The bad thing about irons is that if you leave one on it can burn down your house." And explosions destroying inanimate objects can still be bad.
-
Naruto is lacking
!
-
Explosions only working on things that are alive makes no sense at all. What she suddenly can't bomb inanimate objects anymore or they all alive now too? They're spirit reapers, aren't they all technically considered "dead"?
-
…Hoooold on a sec. Didn't BambieBitch blew up Koma's gauntlet the previous chapter? So, what now, even pieces of clothes and rocks are "alive"? Or maybe it's just our fault in trying to find logic where obviously it never existed in the first place?
-
In One Piece things are said to have a "Breathing" and life of their own….But in Bleach you can chalk it up to more inconsistent writing by Kubo.
-
The early bleach + Soul Society and even Espadas and such were good.I mean the start was REALLY good.Kubo throwing a rescuing arc for a character we barely know , so much hype on the captains and stuff. And the coreography and the backgrounds and the movements were good back then.
The way his universe is set , he didnt had to TRY to think of anything , just let the story goddamn go on intself. -
Wonder when the hollow antibodies start kicking in for the hollowified bankais.Surely Kubo will use this opportunity to show us how the new concept works right?:ninja:
-
I wonder if Kishi and Kubo are satisfied with the current quality of their mangas..
-
@NER:

At any rate they're satisfied with their bank balance. I'm pretty sure the only thing they worry about is if they could get away with pulling a Togashi, I like to thinks its like a game of chicken between the two too see which one goes on indefinite hiatus first.
-
Ohhh. Still, he should start from the beginning, the first arc(s?) are harmless slice-of-life fun with some ghost hunting mixed in.
I never got there yet myself and I caught on fine :ninja:
And considering I'm trying to get him to read a 500 chapter series where about 400 of those chapters are not very good, well, gotta make it a bit less daunting.
-
Kubo and Kishi has lose their "passion" for manga long long ago, i doubt they write manga because they love it but for the sake of finishing and money ofcourse.
It's like athlete that loves his/her sport but when big money come he/she will forget how much fun it was and start sucking or they dont care anymore because they are rich anyway.

but the first chapters are really good! Then Soul Society is the apex and after that his decline to bullshit. Why remove a part of the good stuff?
-
Oh god, look what I found.

Causality has been shattered. Existence is a nightmare without beginning or end.
-
-
Okay was that the Star of Bethlehem at end of the naruto chapter?
Will the three kings appear too? -
@No:
I never got there yet myself and I caught on fine :ninja:
You never read the chapters before the Soul Society arc???
Maybe it's the current shit that makes it look that much more good in comparison….but damn. I can't think of anything bad to say about Ichigo's early misadventures.
Chad beats a Hollow without even seeing it clearly, Kon has a serious emotional moment, Don Kanonji kicks ass, the Masaki story actually gets you sad, Tatsuki biting a Hollow's tentacles, and Ichigo just being a cool punk instead of everyone's puppet and hero.
Oh god, look what I found.
Oh my god someone animated their fanfiction…..
