The cover page shows Caribou feeling "full", but once the feeling goes away, he can continue to store more things inside him. The objects he stores don't get digested at all. Because Caribou can get full, it limits how much he can store at once even though he has infinite space. In conclusion, Oda found a way to make the ability less overpowered.

Oda already nerfed Caribou's fruit at the end of Fishman Island, when he had to get rid of the mermaids in his "belly" in order to store the palace's treasure.
Maybe that was just an excuse to not drag the arc any further with a "we have to save the kidnapped mermaids!" mission. But it happened anyway.

Maybe Law instructs Nami to go get his crew, and he stays back yet again to hold off both Fujitora and Doflamingo?

Sorry I thought you were talking about Law removing a limb permanently, not just simply a for a duration of a battle. Robin's clone limbs are temporary. They would allow her to compensate for loss of limb during the fight, but if Law decided not to return her missing limb, she would still be an amputee.
Law doeznt understand luffy has a shitload of new allies taking it to dressrosa might be there best guess if nami and them can escape with ceasar.

This is true. The simple fact that Sanji is there means part of Doflamingo's plan has already fallen apart. He also mentioned that he has to be careful since people have underestimated the SHs and paid for it, so he will be more alert I would imagine after seeing Sanji.

I know that Nami and Usopp aren't the strongest characters around. Usopp is an expert marksman, and Fujitora said something about thunder in the distance with no noticeable clouds. I wonder if Nami and Usopp might assist Sanji to handle Doflamingo. They may not be up to par in terms of strength, but teamwork and strategy may enable them to escape safely.
