No, I've read nonstop since the completion of the arc. The flow of the arc, the transitioning from the action packed fighting of Zoro v Hody - to Luffy v Decken were wonderful; however, you also have the rapid flow of the arc coming to a COMPLETE stop when the flashback occurs.
Then, after the flashback, we get Luffy v Jinbe (The fight we've been waiting for, with decent buildup might I add) is reduced to ONE fucking chapter. And not even that! It's as if Oda wanted to go somewhere with the fight then suddenly said "Uph, my bad. I don't think this should happen!"
Don't get me started on the Noah and Jinbe fiasco.
Fishman Island should be pushed to the back of our heads, and Oda's doing a good job of doing that with the sheer awesomeness and epic storytelling of Punk Hazard so fa
Interesting to hear an actual take on the arc after nonstop-reading it, I wanted to do that but haven't come around to it since it ended, sadly… I can see your points though, just from memory, so until I actually reread it myself, I'll keep those things in mind. You're right about the Luffy vs Jinbe fight imo, might I add.
