I think the blind guy and Kizaru are brothers. They look way too similar.
-
We have to give up on that dream Armament…because....because.... *sniff... because...
Pinata no son una parte de~ Spain Culture!
http://www.totalprosports.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/hines-ward-crying-sports-crying-gifs.gif
Is true that Pinata is most known in Mexican Culture, but Spain have them in their culture too. It was the Spanish that brought the pinata to Mexic.
How/Where was Oda gonna show a Pinata?
-
A rubberman, a golem-like Cyborg (hell Franky even played a golem in RPG time) and a dude that flames on? Hahahaha.
Too bad Zoro is clearly visible and without boobs.
maybe "Absa" is with them now…:ninja:
-
Because the most likely option is always the correct one, right? This "It's Fujitora!!! Just accept it!!!" thing is getting annoying.
I'll take a slightly less strong point, then.
It is true, technically, that there is not yet any official confirmation on this being Fujitora, so saying that is true. The thing is, everyone, even the people who are saying it's definitely, 100%, no doubt whatsoever him, already realize that fact. Saying so adds nothing, and is pretty much pointless.
So the only alternative left is to actively say that you think it isn't Fujitora. But then the issue is, based on what? There is very, very clear evidence towards him being the new admiral, namely his being obviously designed off of a famous actor and giving off an impressive display of destructive power; on the other paw, I don't think I've seen anyone offer any particularly compelling evidence for the other side.
-
MS has Fervors, Zealots, and Toys
Kind of flew by what i meant, just the title gave me the impression of different kinds of toys considering the 2 previous words.
-
This chapter was so wonderful.
With Fujitora here, seeing how he is… maybe this is the thing Jinbe was talking about what Akainu did and how Marines got their super power now. Well I think I am starting to get it. I think Fujitora and probably the other guy are some insanely strong guys but who just went overboard with their absolute justice so much, that marines "kicked" them out...but now Akainu beeing in charge they are back.
-
I doubt Fujitora has a devil fruit. It would be too many handicaps for an admiral to be blind and unable to swim. I think his power is "swordsman" related. Just a theory. The last time we saw a sword sheathed in wood was in the hands of a very powerful man:
!
Who knows, the two may have a personal connection. A blind swordsman being trained by monk-like figure is a stroll down fiction tropes lane. -
-
Vegeta took a piss in the West Blue. No evidence counters it therefore it must be true.
Vegeta is also one of the new admirals. Because Vegeta.
You won this one tranny-san. If that is your real name
But i'll be back with a case of insane troll logic that'll make you choke on your breakfast sausage!
If all super strong marines had been at Marineford for the war, tons of pirates would have taken advantage of the situation and attacked other key locations. That should be more than enough as a sufficient explanation for some characters' absence.
Even if they did the WG had other powerful types. Just look at Magellan.
As you said there's proably lots of marine and WG officials that were tied up in things that couldn't be spared.
-
Another thing that has been bugging me, If this guys is Fujitora (I believe is him), why didn't he sensed Luffy, Luffy and Zoro spirits levels should be sensed by someone like him that always have his CcO activated and when Luffy told him that he won, he said "I don't know who you are", WTH
-
Kind of flew by what i meant, just the title gave me the impression of different kinds of toys considering the 2 previous words.
Like… toys... that people love, and are super passionate about...?
....
... Oh! Oh, oh gosh. Yeah, okay, never mind, I see what you meant. Wow, I feel dense.
You're talking about legos, of course, right?
-
Also one more funny thing I stumbled upon the other day and which is kind of laugh worthy after this chapter
The Purple Tiger - nickname for an admiral…
and the fact that this chapter had something to do with weight and so on...
-
http://mangastream.com/read/one_piece/97608395/16 anyone else notice there's talk of fairies? Just sayin'

Yes, all four series.
Because he is.
ohhh i c thank you mister oda, nice to meet you by the way.
-
If blindman is a gravity DF user and a strong CoO user too, isn't it make more easy to you to win a roulette game? I think you can drag the ball to the whatever color you pick? XD
-
Very good chapter. It's nice that Oda is still keeping things moving at a good pace rather than his usual, overly drawn out. Even though it was an introduction chapter, we still got to see a very interesting new character (and likely new Admiral) on top of the plan with Law & Co. going to Green Bitt. I imagine it will show them leaving by the next chapter, while the rest of the crew is exploring the city for the other part of the chapter.
I do however find it weird that the strongest SHs are all going to destroy the factory. If Doflamingo is waiting with part of his crew for Law to bring back Caesar, would it not make sense to bring one of Zoro or Sanji with them? Seems very risky to bring only Usopp, Robin and Chopper (?). And how is everyone calm after there being a riot only shortly after?
I had to laugh my ass off when Luffy punched an 8 year old kid. It's hard not to love the character when he does so many ridiculous things. Also Franky needs a new hairstyle, NOW. It's incredibly disturbing and doesn't work for him in the least. Also, I really hope Franky learns haki soon, it would propel him to a higher necessary level.
-
But even in Z, the Monster Trio still fought the three major opponents, while Franky was owned by Bins at the beginning (again, while the M. Trio was fighting Z).
I think the movie helps to establish his status as a mid-tier, between the top three and the other five, but then again, that was always how i saw him. And that's fair, since the others didn't spend the timeskip doing physical training either (well, except for Usopp, but Usopp is a special case).stop spoiling, thankyou and have a nice day
-

I think he's following his own sense of justice.
Blind people don't see such bad things and I think he will only act if he see it as something to be taken care of. -
http://mangastream.com/read/one_piece/97608395/16 anyone else notice there's talk of fairies? Just sayin'
Yes. A lot of people brought this up. Maybe you guys need to stop using the phrase "Anyone notice this…" un'till you've taken the time to read the previous pages of the thread. That phrase causes dolor de cabeza~

It's already been established that if you're distracted by something, vices included , then Color of Observation isn't a sure thing.
Just take Garp for example , he wasn't able to see Morgan's attack coming, does that mean he doesn't have CoO? Nah he was just preoccupied with Donuts and sleep.
-
The old man isnt fujitora just accept it
No marine clothes
Noone knows him
He didnt have a purple abilityJust accept it, he isnt the admiral!
-
Anyone think of the possibility that Fujitora's DF is a Logia?
I mean Kizaru's pika pika no mi isn't a state a matter either but it somehow is a logia in the OP world.
-
Lol, it's me.
Don't you dare to say any bad things about my moustache, kid, or you'll find yourself tied to the train tracks~
it's your moustache ? i thought it's your nose hair ..XD
-

Even if "spirit levels" were comparable to some sort of spiritual signature, how would someone who has never met Zoro and Luffy recognise them? Surely, the marines don't have a record of these spirit levels that can be used like criminal scents for K9 units…

I do read them all, and it's subliminal messaging, like commercials sticking the same commercial on twice in a row :3

I'm just annoyed by this "There's still idiots thinking it's not Fujitora? lol" crap.
@hamad138:The old man isnt fujitora just accept it

Also:
Didn't appear in the war.

The blind man look like Urouge.Urouge's father maybe.?LOL.
Maybe he has wings under his robe. :) -

tumbleweeds
ok...move along, there's nothing here. LOL

I'm not seeing the issue here, to be honest?
He said he didn't know who Luffy was because he didn't know how Luffy was. Even if you assumed he had sensed that he was there prior to him intervening, through use of his CoO, I don't believe we've ever had any sort of indication whatsoever that a person can be identified using Haki.
-
Anyone think of the possibility that Fujitora's DF is a Logia?
I mean Kizaru's pika pika no mi isn't a state a matter either but it somehow is a logia in the OP world.
Who said Logias had to be a state of matter? That has nothing to do with it. Logia just allows the user to become any form of energy or matter found in nature.
-

Just take Garp for example , he wasn't able to see Morgan's attack coming, does that mean he doesn't have CoO? Nah he was just preoccupied with Donuts and sleep.
The guy was playing the roulette and wining, so he CcO was working just fine and Garp didn't feel like dodging Morgan's attack, he didn't even feel it to begin with
-
Also for people saying that fujitora got to dressrosa way to quick, it's possible that he uses his fruit to attract himself to things waking himself travel fast since he is/controls gravity.
-
The old man isnt fujitora just accept it
No marine clothes
Noone knows him
He didnt have a purple abilityJust accept it, he isnt the admiral!
-He is wearing a cloak which is probably a disguise
-He is based on Zatoichi played by shintaro katsu
-gravity is represented by purpleall admirals are based on actors, which this guy is plus his df is most def gravity like which is purple
-
The old man isnt fujitora just accept it

You're in denial, just accept it.
1. They are hidden under that big ass cloak you choose to ignore.
2. He's a relatively new Admiral and how many characters have known them without having met them previously?
3. It's a manga, how are you supposed to see if his gravity is purp or not?Don't be silly.
-
I do read them all, and it's subliminal messaging, like commercials sticking the same commercial on twice in a row :3
Then why did you ask did anyone notice the fairies, when I know damn skippy that I was the first one in this thread to mention them like… within the first 5 pages. está tratando de meterse conmigo~

Didn't appear in the war.
When Shanks and Kaidou fought, the Marines feared the aftermath of that fight, so they sent Fujitora to deal with it.
-
Why do people keep saying the Samurai was Fujitora? Thats completely baseless. We have no idea who he is.
-
-gravity is represented by purple
plus his df is most def gravity like which is purple
Gravity is purple? Seriously?
-
The blind guy reminds me so much of Zatoichi (he is a very famous japanese fictional character) his notable traits are that he is a blind master swordsman and gambles
-
When Shanks and Kaidou fought, the Marines feared the aftermath of that fight, so they sent Fujitora to deal with it.
I would accept this as reasonable.
-
The guy was playing the roulette and wining, so he CcO was working just fine and Garp didn't feel like dodging Morgan's attack, he didn't even feel it to begin with
Yea…I know Garp didn't see the attack coming...that was...kinda the point......of my post.
Oh so his CoO was too busy winning his gambling? Well that explains it then.
-
on the whole Purple thing… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purple#Asian_culture :ninja:

I saw, and the time to mess with you isn't yet… i just found it a shame i wasn't around when any sort of discussion about it was going on. #necro bumping not working.
-

thats who he is actually..read the earlier pages

Are you just making that up? That wasn't stated anywhere….

He'll take off his cloak and we'll see a purple colored a double breasted suit.
Its not like we saw what's under those ragged cloak already.
