Let's try a pro-con style of reviewing for this ep!
Pros: The beginning, with the weather chaos, was great because it reminds me of the unstable climate the crew encountered when they got over Reverse Mountain. Everyone pitched in to help…...then it turned to fun Straw Hat wackiness when the food started to disappear and everyone was freaking out. Nice.
Lily seemed like an enjoyable character....a love of food, face-vaulting every five seconds.....hey, at least it's not "young girl that despises pirates" again! Remember Yoko? Yeah, I thought so.
I really like all the filler attire, namely Zoro and Usopp's.
Cons: Not the most innovative idea for filler…..this set-up has been done before. Someone needs help, cue sad story. Luffy and the others agree to help. A villain plots at the end. And again, with filler, you're judging it on the situation itself, since they're not handling any canon.
Art looked a little off in some places. Hm.
Other?: Yes, Nami and Robin had large breasts. I…..really didn't care, for I was paying attention to the story, comedy, and Lily's plight. It's not exactly a new thing here, is it? Some people have kinda blowed it out of proportion, but that's just me.
I mean, like Jabra said, I would think Sanji nosebleeding would be a more grating aesthetic issue than anything else. But again, that's just me.
At least I can already say it's better than Little East Blue. That was.....urgh.
