What's gonna happen with that Axototl fruit? Will the Strawhats retrieve it?
Like I said already, I can't read Oda's mind.

Actually according to you, you said that you could read Oda's mind. You were just too incompetent to decipher what was going on.
Why CC called SMILEy the Sara Sara no mi fruit "user" although the fruit isn't a SMILE one????

You're right that Smiley had a real DF and not a Smiley fruit. But lets remember he works for the Doflo-man who has a smile for a flag symbol … My guess is they like the word :
...or it could be simply Oda is tryign to trip us up?

We don't know if that's the Sara Sara no Mi, it just spontaneously appeared.
Moreover, we don't even know if that's what EVERY artificial fruit looks like.
I got it!!!
The name SMILEY is chosen because it looks like SLIME plus the fact that the animal Axolotl seems to SMILE.

It is the Sara Sara no Mi.
So i read on the One Piece wiki that Oda revealed the supernova height and ages in the recent sbs - 68- but i cant find a thread or a trans anywhere. Am I being trolled ?

You are not. It's here:

Possibly. Perhaps even probably.
BUT, we only know for SURE that Smiley ate the Axolotl fruit, not that the DF in the snow is the same fruit.

It makes no sense from a story-telling point of view to be something else.
Thanks alot dude.
I ask this one every so often to try and hear some theories.
What, dafuq, is in this middle panel?
!
Nobody know.
Since Thriller park had an horror theme, I consider it being the last freaky scene you usually found at the end of the movie.

I wonder if Oda did answer that question…or if it was about the 'giant' shadow that happened around the time of Sky Island. It wasn't in a SBS but online (can't remember if it was his facebook think it was) someone sent in a question with a photo of a natural phenomena (similar to fata morgana) The pic had two people standing on a mountain/chiff side with clouds behind then and a 'giant' shadow. They asked if it is was this phenomena is what happened in the manga, Oda siad yes.
Like I said, I can't remember whcih time (Thriller Bark or Skypeia) the question was asking about. I've not been able to find that question since

I think that image at the middle is what that prevents people from finding out Dragon island/base headquarters, Why people keep disappearing at the florian triangle is because Dragon headquarters is there lol. Just saying

That sounds super familiar. I'm pretty sure it was Skypeia.
How canon are Strong World and Movie Z?
How canon are Strong World and Movie Z?
The common opinion here is that chapter zero is canon, while Strong World is not. As for movie Z, no idea (is it out yet, subbed?)

Movies aren't canon. Chapter 0, I ain't sure but I think it is.

I would say that the characters, places and devil fruits are canon, but the events that take place during the movies aren't.

There was a premiere of Film Z, but it hasn't been opened for the public yet. Movie's out next month.

Wasn't the one with Shiki confirmed as canon by Oda?
Movies that Oda himself helps to produce I see them as what Oda wants us to know but he didn't know how to fit them in the manga, that's how I see Strong world and Z that's about to come out, Oda wants us to know about this characters and informations that he can't put in the manga since it will look so random and out of place.
Okay, so does anybody know why Luffy's speech was interrupted in chapter 585 when they're all talking about their dreams? Why would it have been interrupted - couldn't he have said "I'm gonna become Pirate King!" and it would've had the same effect? Something has always been fishy about that scene to me. Anyone think we know less about Luffy than we've been led to believe (I always have because of a simple volume cover from the series)? I know Ace refers to Luffy's dream when he's dying… but he never says that the dream itself is being Pirate King.
Mangarule and Frankyhouse were used in the scans I was looking at btw, both trustworthy.

Yeah the speech was interrupted too in the anime. But what if Luffy said his dream is To be the Strongest Pirate ever or The Strongest pirate and why he would say this is because Sabo and Ace always kicks his ass.
Will luffy ever kill an opponent? Sakazuki dessrves it

I'm thinking it's the sentence that shanks was talking about with Rayleigh. Anyway when speech get interrupted, you can be sure it will be important.
I'm glad you guys brought this up. When Shanks stated Luffy said the same things as Roger I really tried to look back at chapter 1 to figure out those words. When I mentioned this a long time ago it was written off. But I never thought to connect that instance with Luffy stating his dream to his brothers.
Now I honestly think there may be more to all of this. I love when I get intrigued and mystified by this story.
I don't see how anyone could possibly think Luffy winking at us with angel wings is just something random Oda decided to draw.
I've always thought Luffy's dream is to become the Pirate King, simply because that would give him the most freedom - which is really the only thing he wants, freedom to do whatever the hell he wants. What else could it be? I don't really understand what you're implying. Mind elaborating?
Also, what are the same words Luffy said that Roger said? I don't remember, hell I don't even remember if we were every told what they both said…???

It´s not about what his dream is, that could not be more obvious, it is about what he actually said which could be the same Roger said at one point. None of the flashbacks showed Roger saying anything with Pirate King (granted, we did not see much of him and the term "Pirate King" was invented by the WG), so it could be that Luffy actually said something else, especially considering that only moments before Sabo talked about his freedom.
Perhaps the reason why we didn't hear it back in Chapter 585 is because it's a dream that was/is bound not to be attained?
Ace's proclaimed dream was modified, and then subsequently thrown away when he met Whitebeard. Beyond that, all doubt should be dispelled by his string of losses to both Blackbeard and Sakazuki.
If Sabo is dead, then he obviously failed to achieve his dream of a book. If he's alive, then whatever involvements he has right now could most likely serve as a major distraction to that same dream, so it's at least on hold.
…So whatever it is Luffy said, I have a strong hunch that it won't become true.
Impel Down=
OP wiki says "Impel Down is a large submerged tower-like structure whose foundation is at the very bottom of the sea bed." It looks like a massive building with 95% underwater thats artificial. IF it was artifical, that would mean the stones that makes it up came from somewhere else.
BUT there is an Eternal Poses to Impel Down, one was bought by the Buggy Pirates after their captain was arrested. So the stones had to come from that area for the Eternal Pose to work or it would point to the land/s of origin of the stone. When we look at the building, it looks slightly conical, the walls are straight, but as it goes up, the floors are not as wide as below.
I think that maybe it was an extinct volcano that was shaped into the the current building. I say extinct volcano, since the inside would be empty area, making it easy to carve into rooms (easier than a solid mountain). Outside thickness at base allowed it to be cut rocks to build inside, and would allow to be original site of rocks, which is needed for Eternal Post to lock on there instead of another island.
…ofcourse some stones inside the building could come from other sites but main building needs to be form rock/stone form that area for the Post to work.
Perhaps the reason why we didn't hear it back in Chapter 585 is because it's a dream that was/is bound not to be attained?

Okay, thanks for sort of clearing that up. Jumping into the middle of a conversation is never a good thing. Having a bad memory doesn't help either.

It's an incredibly mysterious cover… Greg was the one who first brought it to my attention.

What cover are you talking about?
I have a question. What are Kuro's weapons? Are they gloves with claws attached, or are they gloves with retractable claws.
On one side, he has a very large case for them, which suggests that they don't retract; on the other side, he was clearly not wearing clawed gloves when he smashed the glasses, but he turned around and instantly slashed Merri. I don't think that Merri would have waited for Kuro to put the gloves on, and I don't think that Kuro would have been fast enough to near-instantaneously unzip the bag, put the gloves on correctly and turn around. The bag wasn't even there, was it?

They are swords attached to gloves, he has a special case to carry them in. Its not that merry waited…Kuro is fast even without his special move. After all he was fast withouth that move to run up Luffy's outstreached arm.

Next you'll connect Rayleigh winking with his left eye to Zoro losing his left eye too..
.. oh wait.

Yeah that wasn't even clever. The cover of 27 is an obvious hint at Luffy's connection with the ancient kingdom.

I don't think anyone in the One Piece world is fast enough to unzip a bag, put on loves perfectly and slash someone behind them in the blink of an eye. Most speed so far relies on fast running, and we've yet to see someone who has amazing arm speed. Kuro's arm speed wasn't speedy enough to succeed with pre-bladed gloves.

Two items:
A= its a common tatic in both western comics and mangas to have a 'speed up effect' in the story that requries the reader to temporary suspend belief. Its similar to the 'speed down effect' that allows someone to talk several sentences while one attack happen at same time. If you try to say the same sentences in real life we notice it takes longer than the action thats happening. Writers/artists have always used that to distort time timeflow for their story telling.
B is one name= Franky.
In Thriller Bark he built a bridge in seconds, that requires his hands moving fast to do so.
Oda wanted Kuro to be able to do that so it happened. Fact is, Kuro doesn't have a df, he has gloves that has blades attacked to them, fast hand attacks and a technique that allows him to move faster than the eye can follow.
Are there any scan sites that have the Japanese versions as well?
If both canon Shiki and Zephyr were to clash, who would most likely to win, and why?
@Foxy:
Shiki, because you touch yourself at night.
:ninja::ninja::ninja:
Based on their respective performances against Luffy, I'm gonna have to say that Zephyr is stronger.
Fair enough.
