Really liked this insight into Kizaru's brand of justice.Now we have a reason why he just derps around.Anyway,it keeps him from being too hax and over-powered.It's better that he just randomly shoots lasers and giant light-blast kicks.

But a Justice that is neither lax nor overbearing, a middle road that sometimes accepts the bad with the good is probably the best kind of Justice.

Bu Kizaru really hasn't exhibited such tendencies. He's more like "Dude, whatever, I'm high as a kite and I'll just do what I want without giving a crap."

Hopefully everyone knew about this, but for anyone that doesn't, their poses in that spread also go along with the theme of Absolute Justice (legs crossed, arms crossed), Grey-Area Justice (legs crossed, hands touching – perhaps in a pondering manner), and Lazy Justice (legs sprawled out).
This whole SBS is fascinating :3. I'm mainly interested in Kizaru's actual 'justice' (and of course the event that happened within the Marines), because we haven't seen a whole lot of that quite yet. We saw that he did have a grudge against the Straw Hats, but that might have been a distraction from his actual justice since it was the main characters he was going after, and may have painted him as closer to Akainu's justice back then (when Kizaru was at Sabaody). His actual justice is still pretty ambiguous to me. I guess some aspect of Kizaru is that he's a mix of both Aokiji and Akainu. He has Aokiji's lazy tendencies, but when shit needs to happen, he does usually deliver.

The Admirals nicknames,color's and personalities are also reverences to the Momotarō Legends( violent dog,absentminded monkey,lazy pheasant).But it's cool to see how their justice believes,and style of dress also are all reverences.
So, Kizaru's brand of Justice basically boils down to "Not a criminal? Cool. Is/was a criminal? Not cool."? Or is it something different?
EDIT: Another interpretation I came off with is that Kizaru looks at the situation at hand and decides whether Moral or Absolute Justice is the most appropriate to deal with it. For example:
Option A: "Search for a specific group of pirates in a certain area. Found an unrelated group of pirates. Arrest them, anyway." (Absolute Justice)
Option B: "Search for a specific group of pirates in a certain area. Found an unrelated group of pirates. Ignore them and keep searching for that specific group of pirates." (Lazy Justice)
Kizaru would go with Option A.

Option C: "Search for a specific group of pirates (Law, Kid, Luffy) in a certain area (Saboady). Found an unrelated group of pirates (Hawkins, Urouge-san, Drake, Apoo). Kick their ass, but then leave them and keep searching for that specific group of pirates." (Grey-Area Justice)

Well, 500 pirates DID get arrested at Saboady, but Kizaru only went in the first place because he thought it'd be a relaxing distraction from the preparations for the War with Whitebeard.
He was disappointed when he ran into Rayleigh, and only fought him out of obligation. You got the sense that he would've let him go if he weren't one of Roger's former crewmembers.
When the Pacifista were attacking at Marineford under Sentomaru's orders and some of their own ships were at risk of being caught in the crossfire, he told them he didn't mind if some of their own ships were destroyed, but not to destroy too many. But at the same time, he offered to put a laser through Little Oars Jr's head, so it's not like he lacks for ruthlessness when he needs it. Regardless, I don't see him hunting down and killing deserting officers like Akainu would.
Kizaru strikes me like something of an easygoing police officer. He does his job but doesn't go too far.
Aoikiji is like a mall security guard. He barely does his job at all.
And Akainu is like one of the Navy Seals. Super hardcore.
I've always liked Franky, but I'm finding his mechas lame. I hate mechas. I also hate mechanical engineering, so that's no surprise, haha. Electrical guy here. :P

IMO it's quite obvious that each admiral represents an own point of view of justice. To speak of the situation bout the PXs @ the great war, Kizaru told Sento to keep the casualties among the own men @ a minimum whereas Akainu would have said:"I don't care how many men we lose, annihilate those pirates!"
Bout the 500 guys not being brought to ID had different reasons:
-Kizaru was just lookin for the SHs
-it'd have been a lot of paper work 4 MHQ and ID to arrest all those guys and both institutions got enuff work with preperations 4 the war
-we don't know how many prisoners a marine vessel can contain (I don't mean room or space only, but you sure need a lot of marine guards to watch out for the prisoners so they don't do sth stupid).

With my wish for Akainu being new fleet admiral I c only one plothole: What'd happen to Coby? In Sakazuki's eyes he literally built $hit in the end of the war. How could Coby survive among the marines if Akainu was in charge? Let's just hope the red doggy isn't resentful!

My guess is the Marines inevitably became much more ruthless and militaristic with the new Fleet Admiral. This would make sense in the grand scheme of things, since the World Government needs to start taking a more antagonistic/evil/corrupt face in this half. I'm also assuming this new FA is not Aokiji, because that open affront to the Emperors sounds more like something Akainu would do, or a new face altogether.
M-Maybe they have .. new giant steampunkish war zeppelins from Vegapunk now. Oh Oda, you know me so well.~
Now that I think about it, how strong have to be the ancient weapons for Vegapunk, a genious hundreds of years before his time, to not have made any progress in building them.
