So, now we're having a rescue arc for…the badge. Well, at least Kubo's being upfront about it.
Chapter was pretty boring and and goes to show just how cyclic Kubo's arcs are, but it was better than anything we had to put up during Hueco Mundo and all that crap, so I dunno, I'm rather ambivalent. I like Keigo's haircut now though.
I guess after Aizen paid his visit to Karakura, the number of people with mullets spiked.
Well I personaly liked Dordoni (and Zommari of course , with what few panels we got of Aaroniero) but the moment Kubo had him equate Ichigo wiht a "saint" was just so hilariously poorly written .
I'd rather see Bleach come to an end and replaced by Yuzu and Karin's "Futari wa Pretty Clean".
I'd watch it.

What about that girl from this chapter ? Didn't Kubo clearly hint at her having spirit powers too several times in the past ? Like being able to see mr. whatisface with an afro ?

Bleach is a gag series because it tries to take itself so seriously with a script so hilariously awful.
Hell, if you took the Bobobo plotline seriously, it'd still make more sense than Bleach.

I don't buy that 'Ichigo's lonely because Rukia's not arounnnnnnd' emo crap for a moment, but I will give Kubo one thing. He was on the right track with Keigo and Ichigo; on the right track, but still driving between lanes. It still feels completely artificial to fill something like that up with slightly glorified exposition and leave it there. I mean come on – hair is how you're going to show that someone's aged? Hair and punching muggers? You're not funny enough to distract me with exaggerated reactions and bad slapstick; do some actual interaction.

It was my understanding that a Shinigami killing a Hollow purifies it, but a Quincy killing them destroys it, thus disrupting the whole balance.

The problem with "gag" manga is they're supposed to be funny. Bleach is more along the lines of a bad movie: it's not supposed to be funny, but it is.

If I didn't know what Kubo was capable of I would've said this was a good chap for the most part and gave the readers something to look for.
About Quincys totally destroying hollows and the balance due to that it seems Kubo missed that unless he referenced it when Ichigo said SS would scold him for his actions since the rep aint shit.

This was actually not that bad of a chapter. I mean, I know things are going to get terrible, and the humor was crap, but it had some characters actually interacting and aside from a handwaveable issue with Uryu taking out the Hollows, it was pretty good. The start of the chapter kind of recalling the start of Bleach was nice too. New villain is ok right now, but he'll be hax pretty soon I'm sure.
tl;dr: We all know it will be crap soon, but in all honesty this chapter was nice for once.
The new villian is Aizen's son. I'm calling it now.

-Two year timeskip….sound familar, lol? I guess everyone called that.
-Yuzu sure looks different.
-Karin looks a miniature Lisa, I like. And look, Isshin comedy.
-Keigo comedy too! Are we going back in time, yet forward? Ichigo owning him was too funny.
-Tatsuki looks so sexy....

-That mysterious new character....yep, he's obviously gonna be a villain. Question is, what?
