Well Franky's submarine wasn't made for heavy-duty diving, it was made as a small exploratory vessel. Law's submarinecraft looks like it's ready for some serious, and let me be honest here, very classy underwater exploration.
i am going to say that law is most likely not a revolutionary, i'm just basing that off of the fact he has the jolly roger logo, i don't think thats something that say dragon would use.
How did Jimbei attack Akainu? Did he hit and just made a hole through him, unhakified? Did Akainu just dodge it and move his lave out of the way so he wouldn't be hit? Or did Jimbei use his tile punch thing that doesn't have to physicaly connect?
Just wondering as i'm sure he knows how to deal with Logias, it's just magma is completely over whelming even when not being flung at someone as an attack.

I got over Law showing up and saving Luffy. I think it should end at that as far as supernova involvement goes.
Why are ppl set on Urouge showing up anyway? Outside of what his ability may be he was fairly unimpressive in SA.
I love Akainu. He's a rare type of villain who can actually get things done. Hopefully he'll burn some WB commanders next chapter (which should be easy, considering how quickly he managed to bring down Iva and Inazuma, who should at least be as strong as some of the commanders).
I hope Kidd will come and start slicing marines…

I saw this brought up a lot in the spoiler thread, but this is Croc's third act, not first. Why is everyone so surprised?
It's not so much surprise, rather disappointment. I was hoping he'd stay a "true villain" but this cements that he is actively helping Luffy. While I have seen others say he is just trying to foil the marines and nothing more, I believe this is going to tie in with his backstory with WB and they had some kind of love/hate thing going and it's going to get wrapped up by Croc joining them or something to that effect.
Hancock is still MIA as well. Particularly odd since last chapter there was a page dedicated to reaction shots from all the Warlords except her. I'm not sure what Oda has planned, but Luffy's hat comes to mind when I think of Hancock, and
VoltronTransformersescape ship comes to mind when I think of San Juan Wolf. Kizaru is up in the air (metaphorically), as Akainu and Aokiji both had specific roles in the past few chapters. Granted, Kizaru has had his time to shine, but him being left out lately seems intentional.
I'm not reading too much into Hancock's absence, it would just be a repeat of "oh no Luffy" anyway and she also didn't intervene when Kizaru was meddling with Luffy so makes sense Oda is keeping her away from attacking admirals over him. The hat thing, seems intentional yes, could be a way to have Hancock reunite with Luffy lateron, who knows.

I thought I cleared it up pretty good earlier. Take sports. Not sure what sports you like or team you like. But the overall theme of sports is to win the championship, world series, superbowl, whatever it is. All the teams are your enemies in that quest to the championship or goal. especially your most hated rival such as packers/vikings, or red sox/yankees.
But if a situation occurs where in order for say Vikings to reach the playoffs, the packers need to win their last game. You can bet that vikigns and their fans will be cheering for the packers.
All pirates are enemies in the quest for One Piece, but right now the bastard WG is teh common enemy and ca't let them get their victory or else they don't make the playoffs. They all need teh WG to lose. So all pirates are cheering for WB right now, and since law and Croc are there and able to help WB's team they are.
Now once this over now Law/Croc/Luffy are all in the playoffs and they are enemies again. But right now the thinking is if Luffy doesn't make the playoffs no one does.

I don't like how Akainu randomly hasn't blood coming out from his nose and mouth, but that's the only thing i don't like about this chapter!
On another note I find it funny one of the WB pirates has the same kind of things on his forearms/wrists that had ppl calling the corrupt king a drill man. Far right.
Gotta love Akainu doing his job. It's like he doesn't care about the WB pirates at all anymore. I don't much about Aokiji either now. Seems freezing the sea was just some sidekick work from the shadows. Like he wants to do his job but not have any of the pirates catch him doing it.

Aside from the blatantly obvious, Urouge-san was the only other rookie that specifically stated he was leaving at that moment in time. According to Bluebeard, the term used had a sense of determination or some such.

Oda provides another epic chapter.. despite the small gripe of Croc turning Vegeta, ah well. Still goodies allround, finally some Sengoku action! And even Buggy was likeable again this chapter.
Have to note, Wolf is strangely missing. And so is Kizaru for that matter. Not sure what Kizaru could be up to but this makes me think Wolf is going to provide the means of escape for the BBs.

This war still has a few more chapters in it yet. Blackbeard versus Sengoku and Akainu versus Everyone need to be resolved. I'm trying to fathom how Blackbeard is going to get away from this one–the only way I can picture it is if he takes out Sengoku and then runs for it on Wolf's back. I'm also quite certain that Kizaru is going to take a shot at Blackbeard. Oda would not miss a chance to pit the Yami Yami no Mi against the Pika Pika no Mi.
I have a bad feeling that the Whitebeard Pirates are all going down, with possible exception of Marco. There's no escape for them with the sea frozen.
I wonder if we'll get to see Law fight at all.
I agree with the idea that Hancock will get Luffy his hat. I also suspect that Marguerite will become the new Kuja Empress, leaving Hancock to join the Strawhats. Maybe they'll leave Jinbei at Fishman Island, or maybe both Shichibukai will join.

Anyways, this was a great chapter. I love Akainu, he might just be my most favourite character. I like Kizaru and Aokiji too.
But yeah, the commander on the bottom right corner of page 15 does have similar arms and hands to Avaro's.
I'm looking forward to see how the two fights (Akainu vs Croc + the commanders and Sengoku vs the BB Pirates) will turn out, and while it'd be nice to see them on panel, I wouldn't mind even if Oda went with just flashbacks and dialogue about them. I guess the latter would be better if it means the war will be wrapped up in a timely manner.
San Juan Wolf may very well be the one to provide means of escape for the Blackbeard crew. And I wonder how Luffy is going to get his strawhat back.
While I don't usually hate Shonen Jump covers, I didn't really like this one. Luffy's giant bare foot kinda put me off.

That pic was of him reacting to Ace's execution and him shortly shitting his pants after. Not some point where he himself was about to die or was facing his fate.
