I would say that it followed the predicted script too perfectly: Sabo had amnesia, his memory returns upon Ace's death, the entire mystery about him not making an attempt to rescue Ace is solved…
No surprises... =/

Since the newspaper news has already shown up I guess we are having a "world reacts to the news" next, and the ones I really wanna see are the WG, maybe the CP0, and more importantly Kaidou!
Are the strings part of Dofla's body? 'cause if it is, they could just touch the birdcage with seastone and the whole thing should collapse…
So, as it couldn't possibly be that easy, I assume that Dofla's DF is a paramecia that behaves like Galdino's paramecia DF, where he creates the thing he manipulates outside of his body.
Hurr seen that theory around somewhere.
I haven't been reading much of the threads lately, not much free time, so yeah I imagine that lots of people posted it…
Knowing Oda it would be more likely that Cora-san killed himself to save Law in a previous birdcage…
This week One Piece's on break.
Oh, right, forgot about that. :D
So the campaign is still going on, I take it…
Has the early picture campaign by Shueisha ended?
I think that happens right before aliens arrive coincidentally to attack everyone and the ghosts of dinosaurs cast spells to summon the transformers and pokemon
Well, we know for a fact that there are aliens and dinosaurs and ghosts in One Piece, DFs already give people magical powers, and Franky is almost a transformer. So just add some animals coming out of toy containers and… Oh wait, we have just had that as well...
Not so far fetched after all. :D
Random, wild and very unlikely guess: The "Bird Cage" is a time reversing DF device, and Dofla intends to use it to turn back time and fix what went wrong. That is why the samurais were attacked when they had just gotten to Dressrosa, in a different timeline they caused trouble on the island (maybe they made Sugar loose consciousness or something), so Doflaming turned back time and then sent some goons to attack them as soon as they got to the island.
My posts, about Sabo showing up on this island, in the Chapter 706 thread (25 chapters ago):
You know, I think this would be a good opportunity for Sabo to finally show up, he could be there to guarantee that Ace's DF didn't fall in anybody else's hands, just like Luffy. Him being Ricky or not…
But that is the thing, I think it would match nicely with a reason for the CP-0 being involved… Assuming that Sabo is tied to the revolutionaries, that is.
Bull's-eye.
