I seem to have run into the same problem you did, but have thus far been unable to find the solution. Mind sharing your method?

Go all the way down where all the copyrights are
In the last line you should see " Mobile style by Dartho" and "Default style"
Click on "default style" don't change the page it's only applied on this specific page Now go all the way down again
In the gray area on the left there's "contact us" "Arlong park" "top" and in the right there's a box to choose theme. You might think you are in retro theme already. You are not. Pick a theme. Now all the page are normal again and you can go to settings to set the theme you want permanently.

No problem. It took me a long time to finally find the trick. Just make sure you changed the theme permanently in your general settings.

I'm having a weird-ass issue with OBS Studio. So initially I had an issue with not getting a preview (and also the recordings not working) with SWAT 3, which I can understand since it's kind of an old game. I messed around with it a bit and got it working but I'm not entirely sure what fixed it. Now I'm trying to record the Retroarch emulator suite and the weird thing is is that when the OBS program is focused with the game on the other monitor (paused) the preview will show the game. But as soon as I click back into the game and take focus from OBS the preview goes black. If I try recording I also just get a black video. I've tried looking for fixes to getting a black screen but nothing's worked. The program uses Vulkan and I figured that might be an issue but I'm using monitor or window capture which should work, and the fact that it will show the game when it's not focused but OBS is is what's making me wonder what could be causing this.

Lately, when I am quick editing a post that I've made on the forums, if I try to highlight text in order to replace it with new text, it does not allow me to type any additional characters. Instead, I have to backspace or delete it, then click in the text field again before it will let me add any new text.

Any idea why?

edit: I just tried it with this post and it happened again.

I reported it to the staff. I suppose it is not an easy correction

Just out of curiosity, how come the character tournaments stopped in 2016? I never participated in them or knew much of what was going on but they seemed really popular, so it surprised me that they haven't continued. I couldn't find anything in the Announcements section about stopping them.

Was AP forums was all coded with web design or is it using other client for it to be functional? I am curious since I started my web development class, and I might want to make my own forum in the future, if that happens. (I do plan to have a site of some kind in general.)

Well, the disclaimer on the sites bottom is redirecting to vBulletin, so I'd guess that's the source…

None of my devices will allow me to access the main page. I have to access it by adding "/forum.php".

Even changing my permissions didn't help.

Does anyone know why this is?

There were a few complaints about its accuracy, and at its current state it was easy for people to overwhelm the server with it. I have to figure out a solution before it can come back.

didn't want to make a thread so here goes - i have been having keyboard issues, recently some keys just come out as different - it's not hardware related because when i open notepad and type, they're fine. but the frequency is driving me nuts. i uninstalled my drivers and restarted but it happened again. any ideas?

it's not consistent what letters type as what, this only started like a few days ago.
