Awesome, probably the second best episode of this season. I especially loved the part when they walk into the whole food and the guy at the counter says ''would you like to donate a couple of dollars for poor children's ipads so they can edit for people's safespace?'' further making that episode awesome. I was chipping for air when Garrison told Jenner to wear that moustache, I'm sure alot of PC crybabies are gonna squeel in agony over that line of dialogue, but it was absolutely awesome. The ads stuff is brilliant, and all of the way the reporters banter back and forth with their ''back to you Tom'' was incredible as well.
South Park

Darn it Kyle! You never give out the last four digits of your soc!
I lost it when Garrison, Jenner, Victoria, and Randy ended up getting distracted and doing the same thing the boys did. ("What does it look we're doing? We're eating chicken nuggets and trying on shoes, stupid")
-
Just one more episode to go, eh? This season really flew by. Makes me miss the old longer seasons.
Another great episode this week though. I still fully expect the big reveal to be something silly and outrageous (I say this as advertisements are living and breathing in the series' world at the moment).
-
yesterdays episode started of strong but could have ended better. PC principal is there to stay. i would have liked if the whole talking about guns escleted more.
-
I lost it when Stan's family started pointing guns at each other…so absurd, but yeah this whole gun mania could had whole episode dedicated to it.
-
Glad PC principal is sticking around. Finale was meh though
-
So absolutely nothing got resolved and now the season is over? That was pretty lackluster
-
Huh. Not much resolution in the finale but I did find the jokes enjoyable. Probably some of the bust gags and parodies I've seen this season.
I was kind of expecting PC Principal to reveal himself as BlAde, the ad that's rebelled against its overlords. It still never explained why he was in that ad with Leslie aside from sort of calling it a distraction. There was a lot in this episode that didn't make sense.

I read a theory that the ad he appeared in with Leslie was a fake and was just made by the ads to confuse him, I don't know why though. I hope all the info we didn't get is eventually revealed though, since Ex-Principal Victoria hyped it up as being this huge conspiracy and then no real pay-off. I expected there to be some kind of big WTF reveal about who was really in charge of the ads(like Crab People or something). I still laughed but did feel unfulfilled.
-
Yeah that seemed weird for a finale. With all the jokes about ads i half expected the series to end on an ad for the new game. Oh well.
-
Now I want to see Whole Foods as the villain in the new game.
"The Fractured but Whole (Foods)".
-
So did that whole foods is an alien thing make sense to anybody?
Or was that just a random throw away joke
-
I had assumed the Whole Foods was an ad like Leslie but looked like a store instead of looking human. The alien thing does make sense though since it flew away.

It kind of makes sense if you think about the cashier bit during the Safe Space episode. He made declining donations ever more embarassing, but the ever-increasing difficulty of declining was similar to that of closing an Ad. It helps they're both designed to make you spend more money too.
-
The new season of South Park starts tonight. It should be interesting to see what will be happening this season.
-
Hoping for an episode about Harambe!
-
well, that was a surprise twist…
! Kyle's own dad was the internet troll all along…but why?
-
I want to see Trump errr Garrison get ripped to shreds more lol.
God damn that shocking reveal at the end..
-
Great episode, the twist at the end of the episode surprise me. Because I thought it was going to be Cartman as usual. Mr. Garrison stuff continues to be funny like last season.
-
I kinda felt the episode was cycling through too many things (National Anthem sit down, Douche and Turd, trolling online, Garrison's campaign going to hell, subtle jabs at the new Ghostbusters), but the cliffhanger was pretty surprising.
-
Gerald being the troll still makes no fucking sense, the moron has everything to lose and nothing to gain.
And I actually kinda like it lol.
-
Dang another cliffhanger.
! Gerald continues to be great this season with his storyline. The ending of the episode with Wendy breaking up with Stan, I know this happen before way back several years ago, but I feel this was more sadder then the previous time it happened.
-
@Mr.:

I like that it's not a) Randy or b) Cartman because that'd be too predictable lol.
My favorite part of the episode was Mackey gradually losing patience over Scott threatening to quit Twitter, which is funny - I should've realized sooner the boys weren't going to literally kill Cartman because they used social media to represent life. Which is neatly ironic, actually.
-
That episode was uncomfortable. Obviously they were trying to satirize the way people value social media, but it felt like it was dangerously close to trivializing suicidal people too. Maybe that's just me.
Gerald is hilarious and I loved the Smokin' sequence.
-
They are on a ball with this political shit lol.
Gerald's finally getting his shit kicked in, he's reacting perfectly too.
But that fucking ending though lol.
-
Okay, now I'm seeing Jabberwok's complaint; twitter suicides are treated a little too much like actual ones, but YMMV I suppose. For me, the best parts are Garrison being unable to lose political favor no matter what he does or says (lmao at the debate), and Gerald freaking the f**k out. ("not like that, smartass!")
Cartman making friends with Heidi is definitely sweet but eh, and the memberberries is losing its welcome fast imo.
-
Wow, I haven't been keeping up with this series much at all but I saw the ending to The Damned and I'm really intrigued.
Is… is Cartman about to enter a relationship? I'd love to see Kyle & Stan's reactions if it happens. -
The end of last week's episode had me cracking up since I was a little distracted and let out a giant WHAT right before Cartman said Holy shit. Totally accurate reaction xD
-
Now if only they took trolling in real life that seriously.
-
Damn it, Cartman/Heidi is too sweet (waiting for the catch and/or undo) and Butters' little march (pun intended) made me crack up something fierce. Classic South Park charm.
On the other side, I'm…genuinely curious and worried about Gerald. Dem trolls are going down.
-
JJ Abrams was the final boss the whole time, what a twist.
This seasons strong point is definitely the political satire lol.
-
Decent episode. Garrison's stand up routine was by far the best part but there were a few other good moments. It just seems difficult to juggle 4-5 different plots and still get some absurdist comedy in. The ending jokes in particular have started to fall flat.
-
We have:
-boys vs. girls
-Garrison 4 prez
-trolling epidemic
-memberberriesI guess they're going to emulate last season and have the whole "arc" occupy every episode.
-
While I do enjoy the episodes, I'm not overly fond of this new continuing storyline formula. I mean, where in the middle of this are we going to get a World of Warcraft-like episode, or a going after Osama Bin Laden episode?
But I do get that its harder to come up with such specific, individual stories so … whatever keeps them running I guess.
-
Just saw episode 5.
! I lost my shit laughing when the troll story was revealed to be Lego having links with ISIS.
! And holy crap, I was totally caught off guard when Cartman and Heidi shared a quick kiss on screen.
The cringe comedy (for the characters that have to watch them being lovey-dovey) was superb in this episode.
They have no idea what the hell they're watching, and I'm loving it. (Laughed again when Bebe threw up)
! One thing's for sure, I really hope they stay together in the long run.
They can turn Cartman back into an asshole if they want, but I hope they let him keep a soft spot for her.
She doesn't have to show up in every episode, but I'm sure there's a way for them to let the relationship last.
I'm actually finding it sweeter and sweeter the longer it goes on, especially seeing the way they're genuinely supporting each other.
! That Star Wars jab was pretty great too. -
Now it's starting to feel like an episode of South Park, just had to run out of things to make fun of that aren't politics.
Good to see the memberries get a little character before getting killed off.
-
Gerald is royally screwed.
-
I just hope Heidi survives the season.
-
Oh god, that would be some tragedy right there if she gets killed off.
For Cartman's first taste of love to end up dying… that might end up making him even worse than he was before. -
I think they're setting it up mostly for her to discover the truth about what he used to be. WHich is… kinda an awful monster. I get the impression she'd be accepting of his past as a "cahnged man" but he flat out lied to her this episode, so that's gonna make him desperate for the remaining episodes and be what ends it.
Either that or they go full Archie Bunker.
-
They had to rewrite this episode. Not surprised based on how the season has been so far.

Isn't it why they took last week off? To be able to write the episode dependent on the outcome?
-

Not sure if that's true or not, but either way there was less than a day to work with between results and tonight's episode.
-

Well, they could've made two episodes. Didn't they do that for Obama?
-
Well, they could've made two episodes. Didn't they do that for Obama?
They did that eight years ago and it was just some goofy heist episode where they easily could've swapped Obama's and McCain's roles.
But this time they've got a season-long story arc going on, so…
-
Looks like they actually did rewrite a whole episode.
Garrison won, but it seems like they want a Clinton technicality win. I like this.
Bill Clinton's gentlemen club feat Bill Cosby.
Oh no no no no.
-
Gerard being like James Bond was so random it made me laugh, then they actually pulled that ol' meme to get the trolls. lmao
Guys I don't want Cartman/Heidi to end ;_;
-
South Park is the silver lining to this election. They pretty much predicted it all with the girls vs boys thing. Butters is basically the symbol of the Midwest voters.
And I actually like Heidi/Cartman, but he's got to have something up his sleeve. Wonder how this turns out. And hopefully she isn't a goddamn ad!
-
But yeah that was good. But if they had more time it'd been much better.
Next episode America will go to shit lol.
-
am i the only one little freaked out about the whole memberberries thing getting worse?
