Yesterday we had 6 ministers leaving their position and being substituted.
Today the chiefs or the army, air force, and navy will resign.
Tomorrow is the 57th anniversary of the military coup.Either Bozo's is planning on a coup or the army will be against a coup.
-
All the military leaders simultaneously resigning can never be a good thing.

So a right wing senator signed a petition for a senate investigation on the federal efforts against covid, since his base elector is pro-Bolsonaro he was probably harnessed because this. So yesterday he records a conversation between him and the president where the president asks to widen the range of the investigation to governors and mayors - in a effort to fizzle the blame of his mismanagement - which the the senator agrees, and also asks to bring to senate the discussion of allowing the impeachment of a Supreme Court Judge based on popular petition.
Then said senator to try to regain points with his base releases to the public said recorded conversation.
At this point we can throw away the constitution and elect the Bolsonaro family the new royal family of the Necro State of Brazil. -

I don't know French. What's it saying?
-
It's in english but you need to log to read it full.
Basically, DOJ and DOS pushed for the creation of lawyers that used their tactics - such as illegal wiring - to prosecute companies corruption. And the revolving door DA, prosecute company or corruption -> gain internal knowledge of their inner works -> gets conviction -> bails on position -> go work in a law firm that defends said company.Given the Snowden files shows that the NSA was spying on Dilma, the US didn't wanted another big boy in its playground, so they prosecuted both Oderbrecht and Petrobras and added a political figure of the Workers Party to be the patsy. Yes there was massive corruption schemes going on but the investigation used of illegal tactics and shady law work to push Lula out of the political race of 2018.

I actually thought about posting this a week ago too.
Anyway, is it really entirely news though ? I mean, didn't we know some of it years ago ? or at least suspected it.
The US embassy in Brasilia tries to create a network of local experts, able to defend American positions “ without appearing to be pawns ” of Washington, to use the Ambassador Clifford Sobel’s phrase in an American diplomatic cable that Le Monde was able to consult.
Sergio Moro, who is actively collaborating with the US authorities in the Banestado affair, is then approached to take part in the State Department’s International Visitors Program. He accepts. A trip was organized to the United States in 2007, during which he made a series of contacts within the FBI, the DoJ and the State Department. -
The were already suspicion of Moro being biased against Lula, there was the shady law work of taking the law suites against Lula from São Paulo to him in Curitiba and the arrest without appeal. The intercept leaks and he becoming Bolosanoro' Minister of Justice only kind cemented that.

It will be very interesting to see the result of all this, all these undercover intrigues.

Remember when Bolsonaro lied in the Climate Conference saying he would double the budget for forest conservation? Well yesterday he just slashed R$240M (~USD44M) from that ministry.
And No census will be hold this year - due to budget - same as last year. For a gov't based on deceive, inveigle and obfuscate he sure is doing a helluva job. -
Eh. His voting base doesn't give a damn anyway even if they know he lied for like every major country in the world.
-
Yeah but every time he puts on is stunts he drags our credibility further into the mud, then Paulo Guedes has the gal to inquire why foreign investment won't come to Brazil.
-
In unprecedented move senator Flavio Bolsonaro, becomes the first member of the clan to advocate social distancing. He did it so in the opening of the senate hearing about the covid mismanagement done by the federal gov't.

Good thing I didn't made a 2021 Bingo Card bacause this and Armenian Genocide would certainly not be in.

Police slaughter in a raid operation in the slums (Favela do Jacarezinho), one officer killed, 24 "suspects" killed. Police refuses to release the identity of the other victims.
This is the deadliest police operation in Brazilian History. And this is only the official account of killed.

So Netanyahu waited for all eyes be on the pandemic to push his colonial dream forward, in October 20 families in Sheikh Jarrah - a Palestinian neighborhood in east Jerusalem - got evicted by the Supreme Court, and charged to pay 20K for the legal fees of the settlers. Now that the process should start far right wing jewish group Lehava starting protest to "kill all muslin", families are being thrown out in the streets, having their houses invade and settlers and the Lehava are being protected by the armed forces. Palestianians start to protest, which lead to the attack at al-Aqsa Mosque during Ramadan - which would be equal to invading the Vatican during the Holy Week - block the access of ambulances to the palestinians that had to use their praying mats as improvised stretchers to help the injured. Them we can see a crowd, of watch I assume are members of Lehava and settlers, cheering while a fire spread in the trees in al-Aqsa mosque propriety.
Them Hamas does their usual stick of large and mostly harmless and futile attacks so that Israeli defense force can escalate the attacks.Bravo. To call the uyghurs persecution by the evil chinese gov't the west has guts, to call on the persecution of palestinians by the evil israeli gov't the west remains silent.
-
And as usual the U.S. is going to look at the Israeli’s and go “oh you” while wondering why the rest of the global community is pissed with Israel.
-
The Palestinians are going to need their own Golem.
-
Western europe/US is never going to do anything to stop Israel. The shadow of WW2 is going to shield them no matter what. And other major powers like China would never want to intervene in "domestic affairs" to avoid setting a precedence. But yes i suppose there is a sad irony to a people who historically suffered through purges now being the ones doing it
-
I haven't read the Torah, but last I heard there wasn't anything in it to encourage this type of behavior.

Do we know who's been arming Hamas btw?

Iran probably, the rest of the middle eastern states gave up after the '73 OPEP oil crisis and after US bought Egypt out of the conflict.

Well, this is only a probability, but we have no direct evidence. It would be interesting to see some convincing arguments.

Several others are talking about this 'unbalanced' fight.
But.. uh.. yeah, that's what Israel fears the most, a balanced fight, they fear that the Palestinians one day reach their weaponry level, that's why they pulverize them at any chance they get, so they don't grow in militar strenght.
And also to take a bit more land with each attack.
-
Well when Israel had balanced fights the discrepancy in military training and materials given to them by US was miles ahead of what the Soviets and eastern block gave to the Arab Nations.
By this point Israel is just doing unchecked ethnic cleansing because it can. Because it knows that no military capable of balanced fight against them is gonna interfere. -
And yet they'll still run and cry to us to help put the boots to Iran.
-

How can they commit war crimes if someone can retaliate? Have you thought on that?
-
Is also a giant problem that Hamas keeps doing exactly what Israel expects them to do.
They just exposed they had in their possession roughly 200 missiles, which entered Palestian territory undetected and from shady origins.
Can't wait for Israel's army to take over more territory, justifying it searching for more of these missiles influx.
-
Yes, Hamas is idiotic but what else can they do sit on top of their AKs and missiles and go: "Hey, IDF! Need any help to commit war crimes ethnic cleansing my people? No? Good. I'll just lay on this street and pray that one of your might bombers of drones kill me."
Apparently the iranians passed the know-how to make the missiles, they're Gaza made.As things escale - during the whole existence of the Israeli state - either Israel starts to oblige to International Law and stop their shit or the Israeli state has to be demolish - from within or from outside.
Because you can't let a state use apartheid tactics and commit war crimes verging on ethnic cleansing and genocide and do nothing because of the power jews that rule Israel also suffered from war crimes and ethnic cleansing and genocide. -
Apparently the iranians passed the know-how to make the missiles, they're Gaza made.
For which they would need specific materials, and I don't think all of them are made in there.
Hamas already knows the consecuences of their acts, Israel is been pretty clear that for each tiny rock they get thrown at, the payment is dozens of missiles. I'm not that much into conspirations, but Hamas do behave like Israel's puppets tho.
Also, the dissapearance lf the Israeli state is never going to be put in the table, none from the global community, much less from within Israel.
-

I'm pretty sure if Hamas laid down their arms and gave up for good, we'd never know about it because Israel would just lie.
They'd just keep 9/11'ing buildings and not providing any evidence to the public.
-
I not calling for the international community whip Israel of the map, I'm calling for the international community whip the settler colonialism and the ethnic cleansing out of the Israeli gov't.
Make Jerusalem a city state, move the freaking UN building to there. End the settlements in the East Bank, Give the East Bank Independence, give the palestnian people indemnisation for all the land and houses expropriated since '48, make sure the palestinians have fertile lands, etc. Give Gaza to Egypt to avoid the parted state, or make Gaza independent on it's own. -
But then again, its up to the Palestians to properly achieve peace.
Without going any further, any peace-seeking Palestian organization would be immediately percieved as traitors by Hamas, and would be hunted down within Palestinian territory.
It appears, that Israel is decided to slowly and successfully turn the whole place into one unified Israel, for which purpose, Hamas is constantly and inadvertently helping them to.

I mean it worked for Japan in World War 2 and the U.S. in practically every stupid conflict we’ve gotten into.
