Wano predictions: There will be 5 acts; All Straw Hats will get fights, some in Act 4; Big Mom Pirates will arrive; Carrot will have her moment, but won't join; Yamato will be a Kouzuki samurai and Wano's Guardian; Shanks will visit Luffy in Act 5; Next arc is Mary Geoise.

His bravery is juxtaposed against Chopper's cowardice, too. You can see he has sweat beads where Chopper has tears.

Part of their groups infiltrated the party through side entrances, but Kinnemon and Denjiro were still going to the back of the island.

The two samurai forces split midway: part of both went to the party, the rest went to the back with Kin'emon and Denjiro. The plan was always for the scabbards to meet in the back, they split up so if one of the parties failed the others would be able to fulfill the mission.

The alliance members who were folloying Kin'emon and Denjiro bid them farewell and wish good luck… wait, what? I mean, those groups split half-way through there: half entered the mountain and proceeded to the dome (where everything is taking place right now) and the other half kept following the two Scabbards. So, if those people are not joining the Scabbards on the attack against Kaido but are also not going to the dome, what are they going to do?

Is Oda suggesting they bonded more since they traveled through time together? Although I wonder how much a mission that lasted a couple weeks could affect their intimacy since the Scabbards are living together since Oden was 18...

Between Kaido saying he would have nothing but respect for those who chose to oppose him and he giving Momonosuke a last chance to survive by refusing his name, I am so infatuated with this guy. Now I need more on his relationship with Yamato.

The page with Who's Who and Ulti, plus Usopper apparently getting to where the Numbers are partying really got me feeling we are about to enter the 100% action bit. I assume next chapter we'll see Shinobu freeing Momo and the alliance bundling together to start fighting. Act 3 ends.

I think it's more like the fact that all the others had 20 years to go on with their lives, while Kiku, Kin and Raizou were still used to everyone together being friends. For them, the good times were just a few months ago.

The Scabbards (and Izo) continue to be such a badass group, loved Luffy noting that it's only right for them to start the fight. Probably Momo's finest moment yet as well.
Wonder how/when Orochi and Kanjuro will return, and what role they'll play moving forward.

I still think some of the ninjamurai will end up siding with the rebellion once the scales start to tip. Boss Hyogoro will apply some gentle guilt tripping about their honor, and Wano yadda yadda and voila triple turned ninjamurai

I hope next chapter we see Inu disarm Jack and cut him up, Kiku chopping off Queen's arms, Izo shooting King's eye and blinding him and Kaido getting wounded and knocked unconscious by Raizo.

Whatever you guys say Oda hasn't treated Kaido as the WSC unkillable monster he is supposed to be. Maybe Oda realized he made him too strong at first and have him act this way now which is arguably even worse.

Nothing in this chapter merits your overreaction. unless you actually think they're going to kill him. This is a pretty basic cliffhanger, nor is there anything wrong with him remembering Oden in this context.

The cover story is wheelspinning really hard with the instant abandon of the dad.
Really love that last page attack. I love the advance of the scabbards as they are approaching Kaido's position. Also Neko is the highlight not only for being the one grabbed by the face bu also because he knocked the club out of Kaido's hand.
The first page with Denjiro and Kinemon was nice too but having 3 scabbards on one side and 4 another really messes with me and I cant really enjoy it.
Nice for Momo to be mainly in his death.

Nobody says he is going to lose now. It's the showing he gets. It's one thing to get jumped and not move because you feel like these guys are scrubs and it's another to get your weapon knocked off your grip and piss yourself and get PTSD.

I can hardly believe that the guy who actively tries to kill himself, the guy who challenges the marines and Yonko solo (manga facts) would get PTSD over anyone. Oda just neglected all of this, he has made him look weak in order to wank Oden.

There's nothing wrong with his showing though? Kaido and co. got jumped, you know, the whole point of the plan, next chapter he'll bounce right back because that's what he does. Again, this is a pretty simplistic cliffhanger.
