I know I posted it in the wrong section and it was wrong of me to not look for the correct thread, but these threads get derailed all the time. Last time I think it was about Star Wars or something. The posts weren't even Fish-paste cake or Clorox related. Nobody says shit when that happens.

Yes, but on the other hand, it'd be like posting All Star Battle footage in the JoJo thread. It's relevant… but there's a whole thread to post it and discuss it.
Naruto and Bleach, sure, it's the shit post thread given the series, but that's all the more reason why the video game thread could be used because it actually stays relevant because the games do a lot more with the characters (and in many cases make them wayyy too OP) than the series

Extrapolating from trends, if Naruto continues for long, then it is only a matter of time before the series approaches the singularity wherein the series itself becomes an eyeball. In the universe where the story goes on for centuries, all of the latter chapters are literally just mailed to you as actual human eyeballs.
I think you don't have to go that far. Naruto's universe has probably always been a massive eyeball.

Add to that stuff like Quincy Renji shooting his comrades, and you start wondering whether they even want to win.

When almost half of your losses can be accounted for because of friendly fire and/or sheer stupid decisions something's wrong with your army and the command. Aizen's top tier fighters might not have gotten along all the time but at least he had enough control over them to keep them from killing each other.
Does Bach even care he's already vastly outnumbered and now his people are killing each other? Nope, he probably planned it to get their powers quicker. He's like a boring version of Aizen. Where Aizen was completely over the top and impossible to do anything with but laugh at him. Bach is a pure Quincy snoozefest. The only use he has right now is possibly pushing the 0 Captains to their limits and revealing who the Soul King is.
Bach's sole entertainment value relies on him being a rock thrown into the water that is the Soul Palace so we can see the ripples and how they react.

I feel like kubo should be doing at least 30 pages per chapter, i think then we might get somewhere. The chap did not take me 1 minute to finished, just when i was about to get into it, we go back to ichigo and off to space with the cannon. One thing i did like though that kirinji dude didn't get taking out off panel, i mean is already bad since there suppose to be the last defence for the SK, am guessing the inventor of the zanpakuto will show up next surprise me kubo.

Why does every single villain group in bleach has to fight their own? Especially with this quincy. Imagine if members of doffys family all of a sudden would start killing each other for no reason at all, it would be totally stupid and that is exactly how it comes off in bleach.

Yeah he want's to end the chain of violence by murdering everyone who he thinks are causing it. By killing the gokage he would be destroying the symbol of the current world and replacing it with himself. And I guess Naruto's say in this would be that the chain of violence won't be ended with more violence.

Sasuke's an idiot anyways. He was literally told who was responsible for all of the strife of the ninjas. And they just finished killing them. It's not like the other Kages weren't trying to cooperate or something…Seriously this fight needed to have happened before the other boss fights to make any sense.

I think it was partly an advertisment for one of the games featuring Mecha Naruto. I saw the episode title, skimmed through, not really interesting.
The last episode has Obito as a Jinchuuriki and they fight him and shit. Nothing terrible, but it's moving a little slow, as always.
Stopped following Naruto anime while One Piece was still decent.

I think what's even worse than their ability to function is the power scaling. I know overtime in a long series it becomes a problem, One Piece and Toriko being good examples, but this is really bad. We are supposed to believe that this one sternritter was capable of stopping 2 of the strongest fighters on the shinigami side. Then Chad will hopefully beat one of them, which will really screw up the scale.

Problem is that even with 30 pages Kubo would just spread out a regular chapter thinner. This would mean more one/double page spreads.

I would say it depends in the series and in the kind of chapter we have (one with battle opposed to one with dialogue).
The thing with Bleach is that, not only does it take less than one minute to read, you also learn nothing relevant from that minute.
HxH are probably the ones i take more time to read, probably around 8 minutes.

We can't forget that Naruto is the series where, after the main character beat down the head of the strongest terrorist cell who just blew up Konoha so hard that he made him unkill everyone that just died, and the village was in need of appointing a new dude to protect and watch over everyone, they turned to the leadership of some rando who couldn't be assed to help with any of their most recent predicaments. It doesn't help that runner up was Kakashi, a dude who displayed the full extent of his ninja prowess by getting killed a few days earlier.

You know what's funny is how even Kishi managed to do the imagination-to-reality power better than Kubo. At least in Naruto they could only do it once and it made them permanently blind (Danzo's Sharingarm shenanigans aside).

Is being Hokage as great as everyone makes it out to be? From what we've seen, when you become Hokage you're pretty much relegated to a desk job where you sit down all day, run the village, maneuver through politics, and assign missions. All that boring stuff. It's the last sort of place I would want a book dumb, unsubtle, and easily bored idiot like Naruto to be in.

Nepotism is definitely rampant. Sarutobi and Minato are the only Hokage (fuck Danzo) who haven't been related (by blood) to the First. Even then, Sarutobi was trained by both the First and Second, and Minato was trained by Jiraiya, who was Sarutobi's student.
