Due to Wanos isolation, the Samurai are toally ignorant hicks compared to the outside world. Kinemon didn't even know what a bikini was, or the proper term for "devil fruit", I think its safe to assume that Momonosuke knows nothing of pirates but the exaggarated stories he's heard.

I think Luffy used conqueror's haki against him so Momon. remebered Doflamingo's face when he used it against him too someday maybe he was the one who kidnapped him because Ceasar asked for a kid sample from Wano country & no one could get that but the Don himself.

To be fair, the "phasing" and partially truning into your element/whatever is a facet of Paramecia powers as well if you take a look at Hina during Marineford for example.

Right now it's a good possibility, since Momonosuke didn't know how to turn back to human.
But I have this twisted thought that the fruit's dragon transformation wears off little by little and Momo turns back to human. I can't figure out anything about the Donflamingo-thingy, though :D

I don't think age is the factor that kills the idea. I could see Luffy take in the next generation of Shanks, a "pirate apprentice" if you wish, as part of his crew at some point.

Okay this chapter is kinda weird in a way. Was Mocha offering CIGS to Momonosuke? I know she said they were sweets but they looked like cigarettes to me! Let's go censorship! Something bugged me on how Luffy got super angry all the sudden. I dunno, maybe I'm used to also end up getting angry with him but this time I just added it to another of Ceasar's asshole-ness.
People who wanted Robin vs Monet got that one panel to satisfy them for now so I guess everyone is going to be happy. Sanji kicking marines to get them to run faster is amusing but he shouldn't put so much strain on his legs or else he won't be able to Blue Walk himself out of Shirokuni's range.Still, where is Franky? I swear I never paid so much attention to him outside of the Water 7 arc, I kinda miss him. XD

Oh hey, that was a pretty cool chapter. I loved the cover.
Momonosuke's flashback was okay, and I like how his dragon form "flies" by hopping on clouds.
Luffy seems pretty pissed off and ready to beat down Ceasar, if he wasn't already.
On that note, we get yet another troll face from Ceasar in Momonusuke's flashback. It seems like each one is more grotesque and exaggerated than the last.
Smoker's still kicking Vergo's ass, but Law still hasn't made a move.
I wish Nami would try to do something about the blizzard Monet made. At least Nami confirmed Monet's fruit.
I'm assuming Zoro has CoA Haki, since he said "Logia? Leave it to me!" Guess we'll find out.

Momo wasn't kidnapped. It seems he ran away from home to achieve somethong. Is it just a short-term goal or a long-term dream? Dofla related?
The fruit is artificial (so it's not really mythical zoan), it doesn't even have a spiral pattern to be called a DF. And it's a failure as an artificial DF. So Momonodragon technically is not really a DF user. I suspect he won't be able to get back to human form easily. I wonder if normal DF conditions and weaknesses still apply to him. What does the artificial fruit have to with the SAD?
Momonodragon doesn't fly in a conventional way, he climbs some smokes/clouds. Where did those clouds come from? Does he exhale it? Can other people climb those smokes/clouds?

What's the deal with Momonosuke's DF? How'd CC make that? What could it's limitations be? Is it akin to the previous dragon(s) we've seen, where we've been led to believe that these dragons're just dragons? Or, due to the fact that he's wingless and looks like a Japanese dragon suggest that his transformation is fundamentally different than the previous dragons and instead has actually consumed a man-made zoan DF? Why'd Dofla-'s face appear before he flew? How'd he propel himself?

My speculations suggest that Sanji and Robin'll get their fists bloodied. Unless Franky takes on one of them outside the lab/wherever he may be. (Is this the point where I do the ':ninja:' face?)
T B F, I was bitching a lot about Shinokuni/Smiley, however, it's proving to be a very useful plot vehicle. Getting everyone in the same place and in fair time before the whole place explodes is a good thing.
