You gotta wait a few weeks before you can.
If I remember right, you can only make one in the Introductions subforum at first and that's it.

I thinking about something that bothers me the beginning of the route to the islands more Sabaody.
How many islands are there in the first part of the Grand Line?
How are these 7 routes that lead from the reverse mountain?
Oda and if in this Blue Deep would explain this? would not be great?!
we will have the least idea of how mid-route more: D
especially now that will not be mentioned as much as it was before …
Okay, in this upcoming week's chapter (655) there's a mention of Deep Blue in the ads on the cover page.
One Piece Deep Blue is indeed the fifth fanbook, a "deeper" version of Blue's character index.

OMG!!
It´s fantastic, thanks for the info I change firts post ^^
Called it back on page 1.
Er whoops, I guess it's "Blue Deep" not "Deep Blue"… talk about your mind filling in blanks.

Thank you for the info - makes somewhat sense with the reversed name, then. I wonder if it will really include EVERY single character like Blue did, because in that case, it's gonna be so groundbreakingly awesome that there are no words for it. :D
@Doke:
I doubt its a data book because they come out every 15 vols generally…..
Actually the blue databook came out eight months after the red databook. And even though it's a different series the third Bleach databook "Unmasked" came out one year after "Masked".

So it will cover characters from the Skypiea arc to the end of the Post-War arc.
I've noticed that each databook tends to change with each release. The first mainly covered pirate crews with a small section on the Marines and one that mentioned the Shichibukai, Whitebeard, and Blackbeard Pirates. The second had character bios with a section on animals and devil fruit. The third covered groups with a cover page set out like an organizational chart (the Marines for example revealed the ranks in their organization and the characters who held those ranks) and small sections on characters who were important to that arc. And the latest was more of a recap on part one of the story with small tidbits of information for readers who may have missed the first time through as well as sketches for various characters.
@UNCLE:
Hoping for a data book. We really need Vice Admirals and devil fruits names.
Agreed, we already know the name of the Dalmatian devil fruit user's (Dalmatian) through the anime credits, but one Vice Admiral's name I want to know the name of is the bull horned, skull masked, axe wiedling VA that appeared during the begining of the war as well as the devil fruit names for the Whitebeard Pirates and the Marines.
Also where can I find the ad about this upcoming book.
Er whoops, I guess it's "Blue Deep" not "Deep Blue"… talk about your mind filling in blanks.
Is that the exclusive news you said on the One Piece Podcast? I tried listening myself but the MP3 for the episode isn't out yet.
Yep! There's just one little line about it, basically what I posted here.

Well, I'll eat my words now that we know it's a data book, but red was such a different kind of book than the other ones. Blue was by far my favorite of the data books and I hope it has the same kinda of information and detail of blue.
Great!
Love new infos.
Amazon.jp has posted the page count for the book at 298, maybe this book will be a continuation of sorts for blue covering the characters where it left off at and maybe even covering the Fishman Island arc.
how long was data book blue and how many characters did it contain roughly?
how long was data book blue and how many characters did it contain roughly?
It was the shortest of the data books - about the length of a regular One Piece volume with 9 chapters. It contained every character from volume 1 to volume 24 (so from the start to half of the Jaya characters) - I guess that's about 150-200, not that I have counted.
So Blue Deep would have to star the rest of the Jaya characters onward to Fishman Island. I hope it will not only take the new ones, but also old ones that has changed in appearance, occupation and role in the story like post-timeskip Straw Hats, Coby and Buggy.

That would be good, since Blue only covered the first half of the Jaya arc (it never mentioned Cricket or the Shichibukai/Marine meeting) and the Blackbeard Pirates were given different names since the book never covered the Luffy/Bellamy fight (Teach was called the Cherry Pie Man and Doc Q something like the Apple Bomb seller). Another good thing would be having another animal and devil fruit index as well, although a majority of those animals will probably be classified as either Type C Creatures: Big Savage and Type D Creatures: Small Savage (the majority of the animals featured during the Amazon Lily and Impel Down arc).
I hope he gives the secretary a name.
Also we never got the names of the risky brothers. I want that as well
just to show the info about Blue Deep being a deeper version of Blue…
Very Good
I hope he gives the secretary a name.

When Oda gives names to previously unnamed characters they are mostly joke like names (especially if there one time characters). For example Negikuma Maria (the citizen of Drum Island that Luffy and Usopp mistook for a Hiking Bear) her name translates to Onion Bear Maria making a reference to a bear and Mashikaku (the Marine stationed at Loguetown under Smoker's command) whose name translate to "Really Rectangular".
But still some names for unnamed characters would be great such as the masked vice admiral
The one in between Strawberry and Momonga
The samurai helmet wearing rear admiral (I believe that was his rank) that was outside of Impel Down
Also I believe it may cover the Fishman Island arc because of these two pages at the end of chapter 653
It mentions Blue Deep by the date, but just not by name.
How about tons of names?
Like Giant Squad member's names? Please Oda, PLEASE! I'll cry rainbows if Oda finally gives them names. Also, I'll change my avatar to a traffic cone and my signature to a glass of wine for a month.

I keep forgetting to mention them, especially the female giant is the name I want to know (being the only female giant so far featured in the series).

Yep, it still remains a mystery to me how Oda just showed her and did nothing. She appeared in like 4 panels, mostly in the background.
Why do I have the feeling Horny will really be named Horny? Or Hornmask?

No, it mentions Volume 65 realase date (3rd February) ^^
No, it mentions Volume 65 realase date (3rd February) ^^
My mistake I got them confused since Blue Deep is released on (March 2nd) the release dates for Volume 65 and BD are just reversed with the month and the day.
When I was looking up any possible information on BD, one member at Raftel forums posted this:
"Based on the ad at the end of Chapter 653, it appears to be a something akin to a databook that will cover the crew's time spent during the two year time skip and possibly go into their new abilities/moves some more. Essentially it seems to be something to go along with the beginning of the New World story."
Maybe he the got the dates mixed up as well, although I see you are also a member of Raftel forums. I don't mean any insult just pointing it out, once again sorry.
Also maybe it will reveal the name of Kaido's cyborg crew member.

It may be some other corny variation…when I look at he pictures of him those horns make me think of Oxhorns
Yeah I was dissapointed at lack of 'screentime' for the other pretty females during the war, Main felames we see are Boa, some of elderly Tsuru, but next to nothing of the unnamed giantess or Whitey Bay, just a few panel, less than a handfull.
I also just remembered someone else I want to know the name of Kalifa's father. Although he's never been named since he was brought up in an SBS question and then again when he was pointed out in the Green databook, so then again he may never be named.
Also revealing the names of the other Red Haired pirates that showed up during the Whitebeard War.
maybe it covers the events since Mock Town…
the Blue databook covers until there...
a lot of info with names of characters, places, devil fruits, animals, from Skypiea to Marineford...
that's my guess...

I hope he'll have some sort of viking name.
Horny would be great too.
Yeah, I know what you mean. Boa Hancock was the only female who got many panels. It'd have been great to see more of Tsuru; she's awesome.
Yamakaji and Komir: Why don't you go make yourself a tea or something? We'll handle things here. It's not safe here for you.
Tsuru: Be quiet children, I'm trying to concentrate on the war.
Also the scene where she washed those pirates. "You're a thousand years late kids…"
Which saddens me though that while Tsuru will probably have more paneltime along with Sengoku and Garp, the giantess will probably vanish with the rest of the Giant Squad. I'm still hoping them to appear in the Elbaf/giants/whatever arc.
I hope Whitey Bay will also make a reappearance. She was so cool.
News in One Piece chapter 656 cover.
What story has everyone been wanting to hear?
I hope it's chapter 0. Then it could come to Germany..
What story everyone want to know?
Maybe it's the depiction of the Aokiji / Akainu fight.
Chapter 0 "Strong World"
i know that i should not expect that but are chances that the story will be about Akainu and Aokiji? and i know i should'n expect to appear in a databook but..
Chopperman? Chapter 0? Cross Epoch? OP/Toriko crossover? A new story? We have to wait 'til march. Anyway, this book will be mine! :ninja:
I believe OP x Toriko is already in the Toriko Databook. Chopperman is getting it's own tankobon release.
Akainu and Aokiji story is very unlikely.
I think they talk about Chapter 0. The previous databook had all the cover storys even tough some of them were already in earlier Databooks so i don't think it will be a entirely new story this time either.
I doubt its Ch. 0 either. They say it like we haven't heard the story yet.
Why do people need to know more about Aokiji vs Akainu? They fought, Aokiji lost - let your imagination fill in the blanks. We never saw all of Shanks vs Whitebeard or Shanks vs Kaidou - this is no different.
I should point out that when it says "the story everyone wants to know about," it is overwhelmingly likely that it's referring to an explanation/elaboration of something readers have been curious about, NOT an actual manga sequence (whether brand new or reprinted)
I hope the cover of blue deep will be similar to the one of databook blue.. just with every time skip mugiwara
would be cool if Oda did this… like he did with the cover of 1 and 61

My thoughts exactly
i don't think he's talking about chapter 0, i was in japan last year and you can find that manga almost in every Book Off, it'll cost you about 1000 yen but you can find, i think the japanese fans knows that story…
I think it could be the story about Makino and her baby. It was a question in the SBS and that time Oda didn't answer it completely. He just gave us an hint, although I'm hundred-percent sure he meant Shanks…

That didn't stop them from reprinting the covers stories serval times. They are in the regular manga, in the earlier databooks and then once again in the latest databook.

That is the story I want to hear!! Oda said the father is "probably that person" but no other hints. http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/SBS_Volume_63 MakinoXShanks was the very first shipping for One Piece, and many still follow tht ship, it would be a huge fan-treat if Shanks is the father.
Going from what Stephen is saying, maybe Blue Deep will have stories of the adventures of the training during the time skip?
Either way…really surprised there's another data book so soon. A data book has been on average coming out every 15 volumes, so this is surprising for me, albeit a good surprise (even if Data Book Blue came out shortly after Red).
I forgot if Blue was the one that put "stats" of the Strawhats, and since it's only the size of Yellow I wonder how much info will be covered. It'll be something
