I just really like how both are fairly confident and elegant in their own ways. Also as a couple, I've got a thing for the Fringe Support characters who are powerful but aren't mainstays in the group. Neptune is just a goddess tho

I only watched a few episodes of sailor moon way back when, because well back in my country it was popular for the females to watch it while males watched DB and Saint Seiya…

Anyways I vote chibiusa, because well it's one of the few character I can actually pick apart from the rest of the cast besides sailor moon and tuxedo mask.
