That's what I first thought, then I remembered the situation before joining the Strawhats is very similar to Usopp= Home island is threatened by someone the natives thought they could trust (Kuro disguised as bulter, Hodi spent time in Army; remember the current army was shocked to see him as the enemy),instead traitor brought in an outside force (Kuro-KuroNeko Pirates, Hodi-NewFishman Pirates) to cause death and destruction so the mastermind can take over (well Kuro just wanted Kaya's mansion). The native hero (Usopp, Jinbe) fights beside Strawhats without actually being a member yet; who, after the fight, Luffy asks to join his crew.
Taking those similarities of the situation, its actually a 50/50 chance that Jinbe joins without a big fuss. Can't wait for next chapter to see how it really goes.

And thus began the StrawHat's adventure in New World, by wreaking havoc on marine battleships. For they now have not only 3, but 4 monsters on board.

I don´t know if it was supposed to be a joke or not ponx but i would really like to see the SHs sinking a few battle ships. I mean the only battle ship Luffy has sunk was in Enies Lobby when he used his Gear 3 Axe against Lucci. We saw already what one of the Yonkou can easily do to a whole fleet of battle ships, so it wouldn´t be too much to ask i think.
True, the only battleship Luffy severely damaged that I remembered was at Enies Lobby. I was about to bring up that Usopp severely damaged two marine ships at Arabastra, but Hina's ships were smaller than the battleships so don't count in that discussion.
In truth, I think that Luffy only came arcoss a real battleship on 3 occasions, all other marine ships were smaller. The times were= battleships answering the buster Call on Enies Lobby, Garp's ship at Water 7, escape from Impel Down. While there were some at the actual war, Luffy didn't have to fight against them, he was on land and it was some of the allied crews that supported Whitebeard that was facing them.
