In any case, a little something:
So there's another "Squad Captain" (or Army Commander, whatever scanlation you're reading) in D Block, namely Rolling Logan. We know Tank Lepanto, another squad captain, is from Prodence Kingdom. My theory is that in each block is someone from Prodence, just to assure the win of the kingdom. Now, I don't know why most of them are in B Block, but that's probably because the King and Dagama are there.
I seriously want to know more about this kingdom.

Anyways, this was an interesting chapter, but I wouldn't call it "great." It seemed like the contents of 705 and 706 could've been condensed with relative ease, especially since good chunks of the former were about sifting out fodder. 706's revelations were great, though – I can't wait to see Ricky take it all.

I noticed a flaw in Robotnik's group strategy; If they all fight togehter til they are the only one's left, they'll have to defeat each other, which I assume will be a decision they would have to make. But they are openning themselves up for complete falure in the next round where the winner was actually the strongest. Seems dumb.

I think it's assumed that he's bribed all the low-tier fighters, who never would have stood a chance anyway. They'll all just take the fall (or try to fight back in the end and get crushed by Elizaberro), and Elizaberro will advance to the DD Family member fight.
But of course that won't happen because no one except Bellamy or Barto… or Ricky, is taking this one.

Last time we saw him, Bellamy had a high-speed, though easily predictable, technique. He'll probably bounce around all the non-important opponents leaving Dagama and Ellisbello. Then we cut out and cut back to Bartolomeo having won.
Cause you know… we know nothing about him, and Oda wants us to go crazy with speculation. ESPECIALLY going into a break.

That's a very valid theory…
Using his spring technique, bellamy can transfer all the damage the dials inflict on himself out of him, making him invulnerable and able to use the impact dials as much as he pleases.

The only way Bellamy has seemingly changed in the last 2 years is that he has a dream now. A dream to become part of the Doflamingo Pirates; the Doflamingo Family. A dream which he's going to not achieve.
Other than that, I bet he's still the same cocky-ass scrub that he was at Jaya; with better combat skills.

He is a douch and thats great but the way he used to look at the world has totally change for good, I agree with you that he won't fulfill his dream, hope not and for se reason I don't want him to become Luffy's ally ether, I rather he join Buggy and his sindicate than become a good guy who protects the citizens like the SHs do
