They aren't even made from the same animation studio,so no. Never gonna happen. Liking naruto hardly has anything to do with it.
As for the event itself: totally stoked for it,goku and luffy together in an episode.

I guess that would be a good point for the anime! still confused manga wise though, unless they plan to do it when both series are over, when they've both achieved there goal of Hokage and Pirate King

...so, uh...I hope Shida, Tate, and Oonishi are involved. Getting those three to do the big fight would be awesome. Although, I half expect the second half to be lackluster thanks to One Piece's production budget.

I hope this crossover special blows the previous Toriko x One Piece crossovers out of the water. The last Toriko x One Piece special was just inexcusably bad!!!

I'm shocked they are including Toriko in this, I know its popular but to mix it up with One Piece and Dragon Ball Z? I wonder if the Strawhats will remember the Toriko people from the crossovers? Or will they act like none of that happened?
This is the first actual Dragon Ball Z/One Piece crossover, oh man am I excited for this!!
Goku and Luffy should get along fine, I can see them having an food eating contestXD Will we be having a villain in this?

The whole special in a nutshell. Curious on which series will get the primary focus in terms of plot. I'm having a difficult time thinking of a situation that will involve all 3 parties. I expect at least one of them to just show up out of nowhere halfway through the special. "We were just passing by, and…"

they serve us the same 45min episode crap each year (since almost 3 years) at the same date, but i admit there are evolution this time: they add "x dragon ball" at the end of the name, which is big for toei, too big to expect people to thrill about the idea, guess what ? I'm not :/
this gonna be boring as hell like every year, adding dragon ball doesn't change anything. At the minimum, they will mix up 3 good animes univers into a shitty soup completely indigestible, i let you choose the worst.

The special exists to celerate Toriko beginning a third year of broadcast. Since it's airing eight days after Dragon Ball Z: Kami to Kami hits theaters they probably included Dragon Ball as an extra bonus. While I doubt the special will be anything to write home about it is nice to see Toei trying something new. Hopefully this becomes a bit more regular at least for the sake of having an excuse to use good animators.

The current Mister Satan is Ishizuka Unshou. Ishizuka is the voice of Zabuza from Naruto, Jet from Cowboy Bebop, Miyata's Dad from Hajime no Ippo (the guy seriously doesn't have a name yet), and Ookido from Pocket Monsters. He's okay, but certainly not Gouri. Ootomo Ryuuzaburou took over for Great King Cold and the Gyuumaou.

I'm a little bothered by this, it make sense to cut down the Toriko and Dragon Ball casts because their so expansive but I really don't get the logic of including all the members of the current Straw Hat crew with the exception of Brook (unless they're reverting to their pre-Thriller Bark days).
