I agree, I'm even more offended by Ino/Sai than by Sasuke/Sakura and I didn't think that was possible. Ino literally only liked Sai because he looks like Sasuke and I think that qualifies her as the most shallow character of the century. As much of a piece of wood Sai is, even he doesn't deserve that horrible fate.

I still think the ending could have been worse. The part 3/spinoff thing definitely shouldn't be real. Even though the last chapter was hurr durr shipping nonsense, there was at least closure there. No real reason to continue the franchise other than making money.
Though that's more than likely the reason the mini series is happening.

I liked the ending maybe he could have given a few more scenes for some characters but I though it was fine in general.
Sai and Ino was pretty a weird pairing.
So Rock Lee kid is Tenten kid? I didnt get that part since she showed her useless store that sells nothing to continue her useless journey of doing nothing relevant.
Also what happened to that guy that was with Naruto, Sai and Sakura for a while, he was their leader in place of Kakashi? I dont remember his name.

My impression about the last 700th chapter…
I don't like that it's focus was on pairings of characters and their kids. It's like a cut on flow of manga until now and start of a new story, except there is nothing more about that. -
So… that's how it ends. Ok.
Anyway, what's with all that Sasuke monologue, spamming through two chapters? Is he trying to Talk no Jutsu the readers into believing that his character is sane and well planned, instead of a pile of schizophrenic inconsistencies, held together with Kishimoto's spit?"Interestingly enough, the gods of the Disc have never bothered much about judging the souls of the dead, and so people only go to hell if that's where they think they deserve to go. What will Kishimoto do with himself now? With all the success that Naruto has had he could most likely retire a wealthy man now. What ever he does I wish him well, Naruto was one hell of a good manga in it's day.

After reading the last chapter it is very clear that kaguyas whole reason to exist was just so that that one guy could be the villain for naruto the last. Cause all the movie is, is one inbetween chapter showing us how the couples come together and that is basically it.

With all thoughts considered, they were good enough chapters. Not saving graces but good enough.
Only bad thing is, we don't actually see Naruto become Hokage.
