I'm confoosed, Why was the door to the castle even open? Did one of the thrown men get past Zoro and open it? Where the heck are the princes? Is this forest inside the bubble of Fishman Island?

Am i the only one who thinks that the SH will win their fights without much trouble, but then something big will happen forcing everyone to fight together. If the WG knows about the poneglph on FI and Robin is the only one who can read them they could send the new CP9 or even an admiral to FI. As someone else said in a previous post the story line for this arc will mostly likely be based on the ancient weapon and a powerful enemy trying to get Robin to find it.

HAHA exactly! Every time a new fishman get's named and has a line, everybody flips out and starts the 'next nakama!' crap all over again. I doubt we've even seen the next nakama, nor will they even show up in the FI arc.

After re-reading the chapter, I realized that Den's introduction panel has a "DEN!!" instead of a "DON!!" :D

Wow at how Oda managed to pack another 5 chapters into one and another wow at how early this is out.
Loving it all, seeing Robin and Franky again, Poneglyphs mentioned, Tom's brother introduced, fishfolk/merfolk genetics explained, Hodi revealed as former soldier, Neptune reading Luffy's mind, Brook's disappointment at the princess being large, all the beautifull scenary, Hodi riding the coral, the continued agony of Megalo and finally everybody either gathering at the Palace or the forest to get ready to rumble.

I just have a feeling that swordsman will stop the battle between Zoro and Hodi, it was forshadowed him fighting Luffy. I mean Luffy didn't even get the message. Than Luffy will fight both of the guys, that or Hodi will hurt Zoro causing Luffy to get really angry

I like how Hodi has all these named individuals with him while Dekken only has interesting looking fodder as far as we know. I hope some of his crew get a spotlight somewhere.

I liked the chapter…Den was a bit suspicious to me, but...he's a fishman. Fishman are always suspicious and/or creepy to me. Franky's embarrassed Mohawk=awesome. Looks like Van Der Decken is on his way to fight...Luffy. They're gonna be fighting, and I bet Van Der Decken will take is as a fight for Shirahoshi's love--I think!

Decken is going to get his ass handed over to him, as are all the other fishmen. Don't get your hopes up for a tough fight.
They will fight yes, but in the end they will get crushed like cockroaches under a caterpillar boot. -
Man, this huge fight is happening so fast.I kinda feel like Hodi and Decken arent the big evils here. I like the idea of the marines sending someone strong, like a Admiral or a Shikibukai. Seems to early though.

^^^ see this is what I am talking about. This is why oda is greatness has not subsided. Not only is he well organized and plans everything out well ahead of time, he even involves insignificant side characters. He makes sure everyone has their moment, even the fodder. This is what he's especially good at; that is a balance in give individual characters spotlight and at appropriate times

I really really like Oda's way of thinking here.
Racism doesn't exist amongst fishmen / mermen before it was brought to them by humans. They never differentiate or judge people by their looks simply because their random gene probability in birthing their children.
I bet if humans were the same (e.g an Asian parent can birth a European or African child), racism will cease to exist.
