Yeah and it's the same with all those "preorder dramas". If it wasn't about the stupid "japanese version" there would be imo no problems with all those people crying about missing their preorders all the time, or people who stay up the whole night (or even days) just not to miss out about preorders. For example: There are quite a few shops out there who still have Perona and no one cares, but enough people here already hope for a re-realease, cause they've missed out on her. Honestly, there are so much great international shops out there who sell figures for as much as if getting them off japanese websites. The only "problem" would be, that people had to wait a little bit longer to get their figures in. And that's not even always the case (ibuyxyz for example)

I'll never understand why people make so much drama about those stupid stickers and most of all, would pay so much more for the same figures, just because of the different sticker color?! Lol. Also, I often read here about people, who would like to buy more figures/more different lines, but can't afford it. But then again, they hunt down the expensive japanese versions (though they even say themselves, that they have no understanding for the stupid sticker issue and don't care), although they, imo, could save so much money for other lines, if just they really wouldn't care about if it's hk or japanese version…

As long as people, and not just japanese buyers, don't get it and change their minds, nothings getting better.

I hate the fact that the price of the Japanese sticker is higher. It's like nationalism among merchandise.
If I had different versiosn of POPs or WFC for sale I'd never take more money for the golden ones. Like I said, it's stupid. There's no difference. All people who add up to that should be ashamed.

First of all - there are stores that still has Perona in? Where? I mean, sure, she's all over YAJ & e-bay, but that will cost you at least 180$ to get her.
Second - it's not about Japanese version or whatever, it's about the proper price. Of course anybody would rather buy her off AmiAmi for 5430Y than pay 150$ in other stores.
POPs are rare so if you want to buy them for original price you need to catch the normal pre-orders. If you have free money to burn then you can purchase it whenever and wherever you want. There's still Bellemere MISB aviable if you have a spare 1000$.

It's like HLJ or P-A selling Marine DX figures, for example, for 18$ each, but me not willing to sell them for less than 25$ because I payed extra for the shipping to me and I'd loose money if I sell them for less. But that's jut the price you name, it can't be affected by the sticker, that is not the reason to mark the sticker version at all.

Stickers vary because the manufacturer marks what sells where, it's like games or CDs having regions, it only matters for the producer, but it does not affect the consumer, item's the same.

HK version and Taiwan's version is usually release 3days~7days earlier than japan's release date. (due to faster shipping)

Get down mate, I didn't criticise people who buy off amiami and co, no reason to get so angry or feel personally offended! Though I'm sry, cause I may have expressed it the wrong way.

It's just funny to watch a lot of people here complaining about the high shipping prices from, for example, AmiAmi + perhabs customs they have to pay (depends where you are living). There are many cases in which buying from an international shop, though AmiAmi, HS, HLJ or otacute may be obviously the cheapest (only exception would be otacute who have really cheap shipping conditions), it's a fact, that there are shops out there where purchasing from would save them money. Really, sometimes I think it's all just a matter of those stupid sticker issue and above all: patience.

But that's just my point of view

I am not P-A obviously so I can not know for sure what's on their mind, but I'm pretty confident they are not trying to fool you or anybody else, they just don't know the issue well and were miss-informed by their supplier, that's all.

If you're not planning to re-sell them (and if you are trying to make more profit with "japanese version" - then shame on you) I don't see why would you wreck your nerve system over this at all.

In Mexico DAM (Distribuidora Animexico) distributed the Myth Cloth collection for the latin american market, and this month they start to distributed POP´s for latin america. They versions dont have stickers and the price will be the same like a JP.

As far as I know you have to pay upfront. Once you complete the order process they'll send you the order confirmation with the payment link (if you pay through paypal).

The TS Nami Resin is not official at all its custom made from a 3rd party so i wouldnt be surprise if theres 1000/300
Im not even sure if these guys have the license to make one piece figures? Is it legal?

No there should only be 350 that's all they claim to have made. They're not legit pieces but they are very nice. Sometimes the resin statues can be better than official products, like my Vegeta resin sensui helped me get.

I can give you at least 5 shops. many POPs are still available there, like marco, law, kuma, marineford luffy, garp, blackbeard etc.. and you can get these POPs from those shops for a rather good price too. not as cheap as some japanese shops, sure. but if you add shipping fees to the product price aaand in some cases custom fees/import taxes, those european shops can be cheaper. and they are far more cheaper than what people ask for perona or any of the other POPs on YAJ. and I didn't even check us stores which might still have "SOLD-OUT" POPs in-stock.

It's usually not that the japanesse stores are cheaper, it's that they are "faster" as in you'll get the figure sooner than if you want for your more "local" stores to get them. I've got the Perona POP on pre-order with Power Anime which is based in California & it will cost me total $100.18 (figure+shipping). With the exchange rate + the EMS shipping for her, I'll probably pay the same or less for her. The issue is that Power Anime won't get their shipment of figures until sometime in July, so I will have to wait until I get to enjoy the figure.

you can still get a lot of older POPs @ http://www.archonia.com/ if you don't mind that some or most of them are the international release without Toei Sticker.
