@ Inishi, yeah I really dunno what's going on these days @ Megahouse. It almost seems like straight trolling the last couple months and I laughed along until I saw the sex change stuff.....seriously.....come on. Whitebeard seems pretty exciting, although I'll probably sell mine as I've sold off all my Tsume statues to pursue other hobbies. You've always had a thing for Newgate, I think you'll love it...the statue is huge.

The Luffy Kabuki POP looks decent I guess....don't know if I'll buy it for the $$. I've bought every POP regardless of how I feel about them but I think the sex change stuff could be the straw that broke the camel's back. It's a shame since I've been collecting them for so long with a hope that once in awhile they'd do right by the fans that stuck by them. Next time I drop by Japan I'm heading over to their corporate offices to give them a piece of my mind.

About the new ichiban kuji line with nami and robin kimono style i want to give you a suggestion.
The prices on ebay and regular sites are crazy high. I've bought both of them using a proxy service and it is way more convenient.
I've looked on yahoo auction japan where, if you are lucky, you can find (regular) nami for around 5000 Yen and Robin for 6800-7000.

I've used the proxy service of Jfigure.com. They are very friendy and they ask 500 Yen plus the 10% of the final price of the items (shipping not included).
In total for both the figures and shipping i've spent 150 Euros, compared to the 120 Euros many sites asks for a single figure

I think I'd be lost in this hobby without Hiromi heh. But I must say lately he's been feeding my tsum tsum obsession more than anything else.

As much as I'm hating on Megahouses' choices on new POPs…..all of the latest bunch I opened...I actually though the quality was very good overall. Especially the Zoro special edition POP....the details on his sword and his expressions are spot on. Koala and Sabo were both very nice also....and shockingly the BB Nami was cool in person minus the wacked out oversized boobs. The Master Star Piece Special Zoro pictured above is hard to picture properly IMO. In person it looks very good and captures Zoro well....but in all photos it looks like he has a goofy @$$ smile lol. Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to you guys. Keep up the good work updating the world of OP collectibles.

Need diorama of Zonge and Bambina asap. That's all I gotta say lol. Seriously…..we need a good resin diorama of Toriko...maybe I should talk to my sculptor friends about this....

+1 on Kolektakon for the POP business.....keeps things simple and always dependable.

I'm pretty thankful that's not a POP….right now I'm biting down hard on the mouthpiece to continue collecting the POP/WCF line as I've pretty much quit everything else. Man.....let's try to get back to the root of it all before all the fan service, re-releases, and wacked proportioned characters....
