On yahoo auct they're going for about ¥1800 - 2000 a set so after domestic shipping and proxy fee, would cost about 3000 yen. I might be able to get them cheaper from local stores.

And you guys will have to forgive my ignorance about the inspiration for the Law and Perona GLC. I've been living on a desert island until recently.

You're going to see a lot more fan service for the girls in the coming years. Japanese women are the only ones with disposable income now in Japan as lots of men are out of work or can't get enough work. My friend who owns a figure shop said 80% of his customers are now women and he's changed his stock to cater for this.

On another note GLC Law and Perona are out in the game centers. Took me a while to realize it was Law - at first I thought they had re-released Sabo (can somebody tell me why he's wearing a suit and tie? And Perona wtf??

Saw an opened Perona POP in Mandarake today for 1500 yen. Anyone wants it, I could grab it for them (I'd charge 1000 yen to get it plus shipping from Japan).

I can see GIGA Franky becoming a rare item in the future.

Pics of GIGA Franky in the game centre. Massive boxes (each one is about the size of an Arlong POP box). No wonder shipping is expensive.

I agree. They also have opened (no box) Strong World WCFs in there. They're asking 60,000 yen for Vol.1, 40,000 for Vol.2, 3, 4 and about 20,000 for Vol.5 and 6. The figures are covered in dust and dirty. I just don't know what they're thinking. It's almost like they don't want to sell anything. The figures just keep piling up in there, but everything is too expensive to buy.

Yay for Robin Dereshi re-release!! I didn't get one the first time around. I guess Megahouse realized a repainted Chopper or Mugiwara Theater POP just wasn't going to fly with the punters.

My local Mandarake has had an opened Robin Dereshi sitting in the display cabinet for a few weeks now with an 16,800 yen price tag. Should see that drop a fair bit in the coming weeks.
