i notice they always charge higher shipping fee than actual cost, not little, but around 50% more
when i spoke to the customer service, they replied to me that they are service charges, they only estimate the weight, and if the actual shipping ends up cheaper, it's ur bad luck.

So I ended up coming back to Japan to live.

Went to Mandarake the other day. They had a ton of OP merch. There's so much stuff out there, I was surprised (having been totally living in a different world for a year and a half).

I felt HLJ is a real bitch, whenever there's a problem, after emailing them, they will start bitching you.

for example, i placed an order of the puzzle frame, the private warehouse doesn't work, after contacting them, they said they need to pack them maunally and work out the fee, fine. However, they don't let me ship in multiple, giving hundreds of excuse. I told them they did ship muiltiple to me in the past, they still say no. So they billed me the shipping charge, after i receive the goods, i noticed the shipping fee was way cheaper than what they charged me.

and this time, i placed some items, the shipping fee showed 780yen, got the order confirmation. When they request my payment, i got billed 2800yen for shipping. I emailed them about this, telling it's unfair to charge what their systems were quoted, then they start bitching me, then cancel lots of my orders.

so after being a good customer with HLJ for more than 6 years with total purchase at least over 1million yen, i will stay away from them in the future.
