Yeah, I believe that he is gone. I lost more than $100 bucks… I hope someone will find him and give him a painful lecture.

He deletes all comments about current orders (even if it is just asking) from the Facebook page as soon as he sees them. I've seen him reading my messages on FB with no reply. Ignore my question about the current status of my order as if he does not care.

OK… Now I am even banned to post on his timeline or any private PM. I guess I will never see my money again... This is really f***ed up!

my problem is that i've ordered a lot of items from this seller without problems…now he doesn't answer on the site or on facebook about my order of rebecca (and i see that his facebook page is working so he's avoiding answering). I also have preordered nami and ace so i really don't know what to do. It will be 40$ + 40 $ plus the price of rebecca lost if he don't answer....

I think for items that he can't get anymore you won't probably see your money ever again. For those that he is able to ship, he might ship to you…
I have pre-ordered the One Piece WCF Liu Kingdom set for $140... and don't hear from him anymore. I can only assume that he is not able to get them... don't know... I am just angry and sad.

I wish I would have listened to my gut very early on when it all started...

He is also deleting all comments on FB that refers to any order.

I really hope no one is going to preorder stuff from him anymore… Probably a lot will never get their money back if some figures will never arrive at his warehouse. He probably will only ship those items out that he can get and nothing else.

with his site now shut down he probably just run off with all the deposit he got so far and never return back…

Regarding to when we last hear of 1UP: he shipped my Cavendish POP on the 2nd of October, few days after I paid the rest of the money for it and it's already here.

They should make a lot of him so he gets cheaper and everyone get a chance to grab him at a much lower price.

Imo it will be Franky who will get a re-release, let's hope they will make him "on order" instead of just making a lot and he ends up on trash bins, even though imo this Franky is too cool to ends up in bargain bin.

I hope those that have the whole One Piece WCF Liu Gu kingdom set pre-ordered and paid, are guaranteed to get the whole set. I don't want to end with figures not being available because it had been sold otherwise or you don't have enough sources to get those figures.
I just have to be very careful about this because WCF is the most important collection to me
