that's what I meant by "traditional" ramen.
THe instant stuff is crap. Well, not crap… but it's incomparable to the real stuff.
what really sucks... is that there are NO ramen restaurants in my area. Plenty of Chinese and Japanese joints.. but never anywhere that specializes or even serves Ramen.
