To be fair we never got a chance to see Moria fight anyone head on. It was only tag-teaming with Oz or as Nightmare Moria. The Whitebeard fight could actually be a chance for Oda to showcase the rest of Moria's abillities
It said that before Moria made his Zombie Army or Pirates, he fought at the same level than Kaidou one of the Yonkou but I don't think that at the the time they fought Kaidou was a Yonkou. Without his Zombie Army, Moria is seriously WEAK.

Hmmm am guessing the mark either a "Will of D" type thing. Or simply a blemish since Hancock always going on about beauty and would be vain enough just to empty a castle so no one would see it.
Also I have a feeling Nyon gonna be an ally to Luffy later on, wouldn't blame her after the disrespect Hancock gave her and her wanting to keep the island safe. Hancock is quite the bitch. She needs a good punch in the face or something. Luffy is really in for some fun now that he's seen Hancock's back. I don't think she has eyes on her back. First of all Luffy seemed pretty calm about it. I would think he would be a bit more surprised about seeing eyes on someone's back. Secondly if they were eyes that turn people to stone. Why does Hancock seem unhappy Luffy saw it? I think it's a tatoo. A tatoo could be considered an imperfection on her body by the other women. So they aren't allowed in while she is bathing. A scar could also work. However Luffy's seen it before so a tatoo would be more likely. If the the tatoo is anything we may know it could be Whitebeard's as others have said. I think it may be connected to Lola perhaps her symbol and Hancock's tatoo are the same. This assumes that Handcock is Lola's mother of course.

Well I just follow the normal theory that there is "Medusa Eyes" in the back of Hancock, and that Luffy has met/defeated a medusa-like monster in his journey.

Maybe I didn't pay much attention to this chap but when did it say or imply or allude to Hancock killing the last empress?

i had another idea that because luffy had already eaten a df that turrned him into rubber a second material couldnt be added(in this case stone) or that her power has something to do with the lust of others being the cause of the stone affect and luffy is pure

That whole Luffy is pure thing always sounded like code for Luffy is gay. We've seen him react to women before, you don't have to be leecherous to think a girl looks good. Calling him pure is going to far.
As for the other one I don't understand, I don't think it would make a difference if he is rubber or not he gets turned in to stone like anyother person. If that was the case her power can't work on most paramecia users and no logia users.

I din't say every time she charms someone they turn into stone. I meant that once you have been charmed you will obey her every order. So if she says: "forgive me", you will forgive her. If she says: "my hand slipped", you will believe her. If you say, "turn into stone you bastard", you will, well, turn into stone…

Nice idea but doesn't work for the following reasons.
Being in water doesn't cancel DF powers. It makes the user immobile.
A user must be fully submerged for it to have a notable debilitating effect.
IF she has the Gorgon eyes, they're Gorgon eyes, and not a DF. I say this with confidence because the only other individual who would be able to play god with DF abilities like that would be Vegapunk and unless she has a reeeeeeeally complex story behind her, I doubt she's been in close contact with the fellow let alone subjected to his experiments.
But good thinking.

Possible. Most people are basing their theories that he doesn't turn is due to his last statement. "I've seen that before" or something to that effect. It's basically believed that him once seeing the Gorgon before it died or something is highly unlikely.

Water wasn't the reason that they lost their powers. The actual bars and jail cell were made out of Seastone which was the main cause for them losing their powers.

What a great chapter! Really like Boa Hancock's character. She always seems to get her way. I think this will change next chapter with Luffy.
Also, I like how Luffy tries to do stuff, but he can't because his crewmembers are not there. Like for example, in this chapter he talks about getting a boat, but remembers that he will get lost without Nami. I think the next crewmember he remembers might be either Robin or Zoro.
Lastly, I think what Luffy saw on Boa Hancock's back is some symbol he saw from his past. And I do not think it is Whitebeard's symbol.
This was an amazing chapter as always. Oda has once again provide another mystery at the end of his chapter… Great!!
