Technically speaking, if it's not an Ushi variant, it will probably be called the Sai Sai no Mi.

Also, devils fruits have a naming pattern that repeats 2 Japanese characters (うしうし:U-shi, U-shi) but with some animals like giraffe (きりんきりん:Ki-ri-n, Ki-ri-n) or wolf (おかみおかみ:o-ka-mi,o-ka-mi) its 3 or more so he probably just bunched those up into the broader ushi or inu category in order to keep his devil fruit naming convention.
