The fact of the matter is, that companies look at reports of sales. and they notice patterns. that's what they do. for profit, which is the biggest reasons companies are in buiness. they want to make money. are you following me so far.

That's why they conduct popularity polls. to find what sells. to make more money.

So if you buy issues with One Piece and not other issues, (and enough people do this) it will be noticed. and someone will say "hey. let's bring one piece back. it is making us money"
