No, that isn't it. I'm not sure if it was from the anime, but it was colored. It may have been from one of the books or a piece of promotional art.
I think Usopp was grinning, actually. He had his eyes open and he was standing upright, that I'm certain of. And I believe it was him from a 3/4 angle.
